Lobby doors closed at 3:45pm. Didn't stay.
They will be better off closing than running the location with inefficient staff . It does not make sense to wait on empty customers.

Terrible. Waited in drive thru while other line kept having cars go through. Went inside to order and ordered plain cheese burgers and got no cheese. Drink machine tasted like it had soap in it.

I never had before that rude of a person to handle my order. The girl was working on Friday, January 24th , the night shift was incredible rude for no reason. The worst customer service had for long time.

Stopped by to grab something for breakfast on Sunday morning. The second drive-thru lane was closed with a dining room chair. Ordered a breakfast combo to be told there was no coffee today. Then was told they did not have burritos for some reason. Pivoted to a Croissan'wich combo with an OJ. This required an upcharge making it $8+. the sandwich was cold and dry, the potatoes over fried and inedible. Overall a terribly disappointing experience.

Friendly and polite service. I’ve been to fast food locations, even as a Dasher, and there are quite a few restaurants where team members will look over you or greet you in a curt or short manner. When a manager(I’m guessing?) walked past and let her team know that a guest was at the front counter, that signaled, to me, a customer-oriented team.
I ordered all three new Whoppers via UberEats.
The only one that was worth it was the Maple Bourbon BBQ. Candied Bacon is ALWAYS a win. The crunchy elements are perfect.
The least fulfilling was the Mexican Street Corn. There wasn’t really any UMPH to it, which was rather disappointing because this is a creative sandwich. They might as well have put plain Fritos and called that the new sandwich.
I thought the best one would be the Fried Pickle Ranch. Burnt bun didn’t help. Didn’t really taste the ranch. I love the idea, just poor execution.
For the price, none of these are bad options. The topping ratio could be helped in order to bring the full flavor out as it was intended. I know it’s fast food but if I’m paying for something that I ate with my eyes first, I hate being disappointed by the first bite.
Service was stellar. Restaurant was immaculate. Service was on point. Point deducted because it was supposed to be a Pink Lemonade slushee, received the Blue Raspberry instead.

How hard is it to tell the difference between a whopper and a chicken sandwich. Paid for a whopper and got home to find a chicken sandwich. Guess it's my fault for not checking because I assumed they hired people who known the difference between a cow and chicken

This location says hello, I’ll be with you in a
Minute, 5 minutes later they take your order then have you pull up. Without fail, after you pay they will have you pull up to the curb to wait for your food. Then after 10 minutes they slowly walk your order to your car they hand it off and speed walk back in! So then you’re sitting there looking thru the bag and discover you are missing items. I have a toddler, I am not going inside to get my missing food! I then have go back around to the window to see about my food. Once again I am told to pull up the curb to wait again!
This is unacceptable, I ordered 6 items and I am now sitting at a “fast food” restaurant for 30 minutes. I won’t be back to this location and I will urge others to follow suit!

Tried to go thru the drive thru waited for 10 minutes when I finally was able to give my order I was ignored the customer service here is discusting I'm surprised they are even in business

9:25 pm. I went thru the drive thru. There was one car ahead of me and they were at the window.
I pulled up and was RUDLY asked by what I would losley call an employee "what is it that you think you need"?
I was startled but went to reply and after saying "well..." he said, " nope! To bad. Can't hear you". And left me sitting there.
I have had several bad experiences here with hours being inconsistent and long waits to be told out of things but never would I imagine that.
I wish the person knew how hungry I was and why before they treated me like dirt and I will also be letting corporate know.
They have many stores closing I hope this one does too!
I'll NEVER go here again!
