Cold sandwich burnt sandwich. Ask for cheese cheese is still cold and hard. Fries are cold this place sucks

Went in there today around 1 pm ordered the $7 trio;An original chicken sandwich, medium fries and a whopper jr...took over 15 minutes to get my order then it was missing the whopper Jr the guy took the bag from me set it with other bags he was going thru all the bags with bare hands and I asked for my money back no food at this point my lunch break was all used up they completely ignored me so I walked out without ANY of my order or my $7.42...You people are really ignorant and rude I want my money back I will never come there to eat again

This place is the worst. I've gone here maybe a dozen times. Only because it's on my way to work. I've never had a good experience here. It's always slow. Today I ordered on the app in hopes it would speed things up. The drive thru took 3-5 minutes to take orders. (there were 3 cars before me) When i got to the window. I had to wait another 5 minutes and the guy had the audacity to tell me if I order on the app I need to come inside because they might give my order to someone else and I shouldn't want that to happen. Don't go here.

Great service! Staff was awesome! Food was good. Extra crispy, hot hashbrowns and food was prepared as requested without push back. Another BK refuses to serve their sandwiches without bread (protein style). This BK is awesome!!! Super friendly staff!!

Terrible. Waited in drive thru while other line kept having cars go through. Went inside to order and ordered plain cheese burgers and got no cheese. Drink machine tasted like it had soap in it.

I never had before that rude of a person to handle my order. The girl was working on Friday, January 24th , the night shift was incredible rude for no reason. The worst customer service had for long time. I'm not gonna come again to that location

Stopped by to grab something for breakfast on Sunday morning. The second drive-thru lane was closed with a dining room chair. Ordered a breakfast combo to be told there was no coffee today. Then was told they did not have burritos for some reason. Pivoted to a Croissan'wich combo with an OJ. This required an upcharge making it $8+. the sandwich was cold and dry, the potatoes over fried and inedible. Overall a terribly disappointing experience.
