The owner of this joint is rude, mean and egregious. He raises his voice often. Today, when my sandwich was ready, he literally screamed at me to come pick it up.

The bread is always too dry and everything is way overpriced

I think I’ll stop coming here

I could nor communicate with the clerk because the display cases are too high! Good pastries but pricey. Mais, c'est la vie !

If you are into French pasteri and looking for an original French baguettes this is the place to be.
Maintaining its food quality since the opening.

Tried their sourdough today and was honestly shocked. Overly acidic starter, gummy clumps, and a dense, flavorless crumb—bread this bad shouldn’t be sold. The donut was equally terrible: dense, bland, and undercooked. Clearly, the baker has no clue about yeasted doughs. Half my order was missing, though I wasn’t charged. Croissants and pastries were fine, but the bread and donut make it clear some items here are not ready for the public.
I'm literally shocked this made it to the shelves. You honestly can't sell this, until you learn how to ferment dough properly, both the bread and the donuts( beingets)

Best baguettes and French pastries per my students’ local French bakery blind taste test. Highly recommend!

Their latte is not the best and I don't care for the paper cup, but the service is excellent and they have delicious savory crepes and pastries.
The place gets loud when packed with people and seating could be more comfortable but still 100 times better than any other coffee shop around.

The last time I ate a real french croissant, quiche, baguette was in Paris, France. Chez Pierre is so far my #1 spot to go to, in Michigan.
Parfait 👌.

Been wanting to visit for a while, and it did not disappoint! Excellent quiche with the flakiest crust and caramelized onion flatbread that tasted like French onion soup on bread. Pastries are beautiful.

They really have the best eclairs around. Great coffee and baked goods, a few French-imported items for sale, and authentic French pastries, breads, etc. A nice place to meet with a friend. In the plaza at Telegraph and Maple, next to Leo's.

Hosted a professional meet-up here. Wonderful food, light atmosphere and, of course, got to visit with our friend Gaultier! Merci beaucoup!
