Chipotle Mexican Grill

My boyfriend and I come here pretty frequently. Last night, we had some pretty big issues with our order not being made correctly. We went in this evening and the manager Marcus more than took care of us. He had such a good attitude, and he was so friendly, apologetic, and attentive. He remade our order perfectly and threw in a few extras as well. Just watching his interactions with the rest of the team made it pretty clear that he has great leadership and management skills; helping everyone on their stations, getting our food made as quickly as possible, and when the fajita veggies werent ready he said “no worries, i got it” to his team member. He seasoned everything and made sure everything was perfect.
Huge props to Marcus for being an amazing person, it’s very rare these days to see people who go above and beyond not only for the guests coming in, but for their coworkers as well. I highly recommend this location and we’ll definitely keep up our biweekly chipotle night here :)

Unfortunately this is the nearest location to my work… Or else I would not come here. The employees are rude to each other and customers, and are always out of items. The line will have 15 people in it, One person working and other Employees just watching.. I come regularly usually once a week and it’s the same thing every week. One of the managers is also very rude

POV: You pull up to Chipotle expecting chaos… and instead you get the Jaylen + Aaliyah + Gabby 💥🌯

It was PACKED, line out the door, everyone hangry, and they still had the whole store in a chokehold. No attitude, no bare-minimum energy, just straight W vibes. They were laughing with people, actually listening, and making sure nobody’s bowl looked sad or struggle-plate-ish.

Jaylen, Aaliyah & Gabby = not NPC employees. They’re the reason this location is a W. If corporate is smart, they’re giving all three of them a raise and a trophy. 🏆🔥

Managers are horribly rude. They told me no card sales for had cash then when I went to pay they didn’t have change for me. Not only that the manager yelled it. No change. Went there a month ago and they had no meat. Non. 15 wait at 12:15. I have no idea how a place I used to go to every Friday for years has fallen so fast.

This place is a joke. Decided to give them another try after getting uncooked rice a few months ago. Turns out nothing has changed. How do you run out of 1/3 of your ingredients when there's still 3hrs until closing time? And when asked if there's more coming, i just get an annoyed shrug. Many workers still on duty, but it looks like most were checked out already. Judging from the other comments on here, this place will be out of business soon.

Ordered my go to order online. It’s never looked this like before and I was a little disappointed. The manager said this is how their quesadillas typically come and didn’t understand why I didn’t want it. (Mind you, the first pictures are of an untouched quesadilla). I ended up reordering the quesadilla because it looked so terrible. The last picture is how I’m used to my food looking. It’s just unfortunate that I had to waste time/money to get what I’m used to getting from Chipotle.

Extremely rude employee…one employee looked at me and said “why are you looking in the bag” when I was picking up an order of mine….I was like “to check and make sure everything is in there”
The employees here have a very bad attitude….not the best customer service.

Just avoid this place at all costs!

it's not that they're understaffed, it's that they don't care. I've been here several times and they have never ever ever had fajita veggies. not even once. I don't think they even acknowledge that people want vegetables. they never have ice or drinks either. and if I'm lucky they MIGHT have forks.

again, they have the staff but most of them are intoxicated or just plain don't care.

This place doesn't care about proper customer service. They've served moldy guac before, they dont tell the new hires how to give the right portions and then give you a nasty look because you asked for a little more. Not a good place at all!

Very poor experience. When verything was running low the lady behind the counter was being extremely stingy. Walked out with a burrito that could fit in the palm of my hand.

Extremely slow, only one person making bowls, the rest in the back prepping even with a large line. No veggies, as usual, wish I went somewhere else. Chipotle has fallen off the map so hard
