Chipotle Mexican Grill

constantly gets orders wrong, puts ingredients in burritos that weren't ordered, really sucks this is the closest chipotle to me and the amount of times I've had to request refunds specifically with orders from this location is upsetting.

I ordered online, and picked up my order. When I got home, I saw that the order had my name and order details, but was not remotely what I ordered, and was missing items.

I went back, and the girl with red hair who had previously helped me yelled at me that they were out of tortillas (at noon…) and she had to make burrito bowls instead of burritos. I told her that she should have let me know that she was making alterations to my order, or given me the choice, and she *screamed* at me, “HOW??” I responded that she was the one who previously helped me, she should have told me when I picked up my order. She rolled her eyes.

I showed her that the meat in my order was not chicken, and she tried to tell me that what was clearly pork, was actually chicken. I asked where my chips and guacamole were, she told me they were out of guac so she chose not to tell me or give me chips either.

At this point I was getting angry and demanded a refund because I did not receive what I ordered, she told me to do it online and then turned around and ignored me.

Will be contacting customer service AND management. Absolutely abhorrent service. This was the last straw with this location, never returning.

These workers are nasty. I asked for a burrito, and the chick proceeds to rip open the new bag of tortillas with her mouth. Thats so shocking I didn't even know what to say. Don't go here. I've never seen anything like that in my entire life.

I got a bowl here and they forgot my tomato’s and corn and other other items in the order got all the corn and tomatoes. The service is slow and the ordering system is bad.

Something goes wrong every time I come here

Only come to this location as a last resort. It’s dirty, staff are rude, and they rarely have all the options available even during mid day. Whoever is the manager needs to do better.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by an incredibly talented black man who made me the best burrito I've ever had. His attention to detail and passion for making my burrito were evident in every bite. The burrito was perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients, and the flavors were out of this world. His friendly demeanor and excellent customer service made the experience even better. I highly recommend getting a burrito from him – you won't be disappointed! Five stars all the way!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

On multiple occasions ive come here, and they never have food prepped & if they DO have food on their line, it looks old. Sitting at the bottom of the silver container. Always dirty and not stocked.

Someone apply for management and get this location together LOL they need it.

Past 3 times I've been there they are out of fajita stuff and guacamole. Staff doesn't care about you. Food is horrible. Paid like $15 for rice and sour cream. Done.

Oy. Bloomfield location on Telegraph is a real struggle. We showed up a little after 6pm. No one in line. And out of most proteins. Really? It's dinner hour. Make do with third choice (only to find it's cold when eaten.). Order rung up without adding ordered drinks. Re-ring order. Look for table to sit, No tables are occupied, but only one is clean enough to sit at. Back to counter to alert staff that the 12 people who came in behind us won't have anywhere to sit. Get to table, chips and queso ordered and paid, not in bag. Back to counter. Finally sit down with all ordered food. Lady with two kids grabs napkins and cleans off table across aisle to be able to sit. Two young ladies behind them stand looking around for a place to sit. We invite them to sit with us. No staff clean any tables for the duration of our stày. Two oblivious guys sit at dirty table and eat anyway. My original ratings of Chipotle were always five-star, now this location is one star away from "too repulsive to return".

This location is terrible. I’ve gone two separate times and they do not greet you, they never have food prepped and ready, It’s 1pm and nothings made up. Zero communication

Never place a mobile order or get delivery; always order in person unless you want half the food.

Prices go up up up, portions and quality go down down down. It will be a good day in America when chipotle goes bankrupt.
