We just ordered 4 ice creams via door dash and the cups are basically only half full. The dessert doesn’t even reach the top of the cup. Very frustrating.

My wife bought me a bday cake that was supposed to be a cookie dough cake. We didn’t realize it wasn’t one until half the cake was gone. We tried calling and there was simply no sympathy or acknowledgement from the manger they made a mistake. Never ever coming back here again.

Kairee served us today with an awful attitude and still have the audacity to ask for a tip? You’ve got to be kidding me! This place is a joke!! Never going back because you don’t get what you paid for. You’ll only pay for ridiculous attitude and them acting like you’re an inconvenience.

I ordered the Birthday Cake Remix in a Like It (small) size, and the portion was incredibly generous — more than enough to satisfy any ice cream craving. All I have to say is the attitude is horrendous. They don’t wanna work well shut them down. I paid nine dollars for attitude not a thank you and not a hello. I can’t wait for this place to go out of business. You guys are heading that way keeping employees like that.Around

This location is terrible, especially if you order delivery. They shoved the waffle bowl in and crushed it. The lid wasn’t even on all the way because if this. Other locations send the waffle bowl separately so i can put the ice cream in it myself. Additionally, I got the Founders Favorite my ice cream isn’t mixed at all with giant chunks of brownies. For the cost, I could have received better from dairy queen.

I came in with my friends for some ice cream and we noticed a kid was by himself with another man leaving the store right when my group of four and another of two came in. Instead of staying to help the kid that was clearly new they left him alone. Even so he was very optimistic and able to complete our order to the best of his ability because the previous person did not prep any toppings for him. Overall out experience was great but only because of Caleb.

This location needs a cleaning! Also ice cream isn't given very much love 🫣

Topping requested was minimal. I couldn’t even tell I had any Reese’s cup in my ice cream at all and the person making my waffle cup could care less. Smh.

I ordered two birthday cake remix with no hot fudge and they were both melted. They should have said that they didn’t have any hot fudge and I would’ve ordered it. If you’re not going to be good to your customers just close down

This ice cream was so nasty. The butter pecan was horrible and even the cookie dough. Idk if they switched ice cream but it tasted like soft serve ice cream and it melted so easily. The quality of ice cream is not good.

I ordered kids cup of ice cream for my child. They handed the cup of ice cream to my child then I got my ice cream. My child started eating it. When they gave me my total, I questioned the amount. She said that is a like it not a kids cup. I couldn't do any out it because my child has already eaten a couple of bits. Beware when you ask for a size they might give you a different size. Will never go back..

Came here w my family. Was told the children can only sample one flavor before they choose their ice cream. What ice cream place only allows for one flavor sampling?

Ordered two gotta have its through delivery - one peanut butter cup perfection and one cookie doughn’t you want some sub cake batter. One peanut butter cup in pb cup perfection with no fudge or pb and was given a completely different order for cookie doughn’t you want some. It’s not cake batter ice cream, it has pecans, caramel and brownies. The manager needs to contact me and give me a refund.
