Came here w my family. Was told the children can only sample one flavor before they choose their ice cream. What ice cream place only allows for one flavor sampling?

Ordered two gotta have its through delivery - one peanut butter cup perfection and one cookie doughn’t you want some sub cake batter. One peanut butter cup in pb cup perfection with no fudge or pb and was given a completely different order for cookie doughn’t you want some. It’s not cake batter ice cream, it has pecans, caramel and brownies. The manager needs to contact me and give me a refund.

The manager, Deja, was cold with us then made up a rule that we could ‘only sample one ice cream flavor per customer’. How am I supposed to decide between ice cream flavors based off one flavor? Never been refused to try multiple at any ice cream shop, even this same location. I’ve been coming to this location for years with no issues, unfortunate this is the service now.

Often understaffed with one teen working the counter. I saw one teen working here not taking his job seriously. Eating the waffles while making them and his fingers were going in his mouth. He seemed very comfortable while doing it, so management must not care.

I arrived there at 11:20am to pick up a birthday cake and they were closed. Their hours of operations are opening at 11 AM.

My kids loved their ice cream and I treat Emir's recommendation and it was perfect.

The staff closed the door and locked it as we were sitting in the car getting ourselves situated to go in and the young man working just ignored us. They closed 29 minutes early on 10/11 and missed Five other cars that came in while I typed this.

The young guy that waited on me was quick with my order. It was good as always.

Looked at my phone and it was 9 when their google hours say 10 so they changed their hours for saturday? Anyway last time i went there like a year ago samples they had on the counter were filthy as heck like with dust from decades i was thinking like put them under glass so you dont have to clean them or something lol

Today service was absolutely horrible. The young girl at the front was inaccurate with our order, portions were way too small, decided not to follow simple directions. Upon walking in she never acknowledged us whatsoever but acknowledged another worker who was ordering who walked in after us. Highly unaccomadating. Did not add in mixins to ice cream that I or my husband requested. She did not mix in ingredients instead throwing them on top , no blending of ingredients. Very rude, unstable environment, no management in building. As a pregnant woman I was very hungry and dissatisfied. There was a black hair in my ice cream. Please hire staff who can follow simple instructions. Also the counter was very dirty even after she cleaned it.

The website states closing time at 10 pm
Employees locked doors turning back 2 customers at 9:45!
We drove there specifically after checking closing times.
Very disappointing!

Today I was turned away at 9:11 pm and was told there were closed. I politely left the store. As I was leaving 2 other customers walked in and I repeated what I was told which was they were closed. As I got into my car I noticed the two customers did not come out . So I walked back into coldstone and they were being served. At this point I requested to speak with the manager and by my surprise I was already speaking with manager. I asked for her name and she stated I could file a complaint. Deja was very rude, unprofessional, she racially profiled my party and I, and refused to provide the manager name and number above her. She stated there is no manager over her.

I come to pay for over priced ice cream and then the person making it gives proposely smaller than ordered portions and strangely skips any topping you ask for
