My better half and I come here regularly and I’ll be totally honest, it’s 50% for the ice cream and 50% to see Emir. The guy is the kindest person to talk to and it is what makes the experience. Cold stone take this guy up the ladder before another company does!

I have been frequenting this store since the day it opened (which is about 20 years). I will never step foot inside again. For months now they screw up online orders. Tonight, I ordered 2 ice creams online. When I arrived at the store, I had to beg a worker to acknowledge that I was there to pick up an order. She then complained about Door Dashers. I told her that I ordered online on the store’s website. When I got the order home, I found 2 containers of ice cream and a container of toppings. Apparently, I am supposed to make my own ice cream!!! Best of all, toppings I ordered and paid extra for were missing. I called the store and again the worker complained about door dashers and said that they don’t have time to make online orders. NowI have to track down a manager next week for a refund.The owner used to care about this place. Not sure if ownership changed, but skip this location!!!!

It was my first time in and I didn’t know what to get or even what to look at first but a nice boy named Emir helped me out.He guided me through the menu and let me take my time at the end of it I had a delicious dessert and I will definitely be coming

I came in with some friends to get some ice cream during a winter storm. This may seem a little odd to some but to me it was an awesome experience. The server Emir did a fantastic job making our visit worthwhile and was very friendly. The store has a very fun atmosphere and I will definitely come back.

When I come I order 1 of 2 items every time so I know what to expect. Today I Was asked to stand outside and wait for my pick up order. This was 35 minutes before they closed and just after a snow storm. Got home my order was incorrect. Called and Spoke with manager on duty who did not want to disclose his name who admitted to problems with some of the quality but not others and did not want to replace items made incorrectly. Similar items not even labeled. No Plastic wear or straw in bag. Random piece of scribble on cake label placed over hole of shake. Hope to be hearing from the owner Caleb Foster soon as his manger was not able to meet customer satisfaction. Spent $35

They had foul music like hood/gangster music playing, gave very slim rations, and were hard to hear/understand too quiet. Also their equipment/machines in the back looked really old/rundown and dirty. Absolutely zero hospitality. I even tipped a couple bucks even though my 2 shakes came out to over 15$. I think both of them were new though because they were kind of slow and the guy kept asking the girl how to put items into the register. The light up sign also looks broken and the lights are flickering. Not trying to be rude, but I am going to share my true experience, as I have also put in very positive reviews for other places.

Coldstone Bloomfield hills has the best seasonal flavors hands down. I want to give a special shout out to Norburt!From the greeting to point of sale, he engaged myself and other customers by taking interest in how our day was going. This level of hospitality is greatly appreciated and is the icing on the cake that makes the experience that much more enjoyable.Hats off to you Norburt.
