The store was clean, service was quick & the cookies looked as they should BUT there were a few things that put me off as a first time visit to this location...
It wasn't busy at all, yet not a single employee greeted me or any of the 4 customers that came in after me (it's a tiny shop, so it's not like u don't notice when someone comes in); and all the employees looked miserable to boot. One of them actually rolled her eyes at me as if my being there was a nuisance. My cookies were free but I still left a tip, in cash. The girl I gave it to didn't even say thank you and after all of that, I get all the way home and discover that my Biscoff cookie was undercooked in the middle.
If you're wondering, no I wasn't rude or difficult in any way - I came in, said nothing, placed my order at the kiosk, had maybe a 5 minute wait for my order (no complaints about that at all), asked if they were able to make change so I could tip them & went on my way.
I've been to other locations & have had positive visits every time. Maybe today was just an off day but I didn't like the vibe here at all...I'm not one of those people who expects to be catered to just because I'm a customer (I've worked many customer service jobs myself, so I get it) but at the very least, if u hate ur job or are having a bad day, don't take it out on the customer.

Went for the Dubai brownie and they had sold out but the nice lady made more just for us to be able to try them and for my understanding today it the last day to try them... it's a must try they was very delicious
