I should've read the reviews. This is NOT a full dunkin donuts! This is a gas station that serves dunkin coffee and donuts. I wanted a breakfast sandwich! Disappointing especially when on the road.

Love grabbing a donut here on a Friday to treat myself along with my coffee. Service is usually pretty quick and service. Staff is very friendly.
Dietary restrictions: Since this is a chain restaurant, it is accommodating however it is not catered towards a vegetarian/vegan community. They do accommodate for dietary restrictions, such as no dairy milk, and other alternatives.
Parking: Depends on the time of day that you go, but you can usually find a spot

I received a notice yesterday that 6 heart shaped donuts were available for $3. I went to the location at 31080 Orchard Lake. The shelf was sparce. I asked for the heart donuts. Neither server spoke English nor did they understand what I was looking for. I showed them the advertisement on the app. They shrugged their shoulders and shook their heads as I left the store I noticed the temporary sign advertising the special. I was dissatisfied.

This is not a coffee shop! This is a gas station with a little self serve coffee station in it! Don't waste your time go to a real Duncan location!
Good service but wished they would bring back their donuts full time. Not many surface free options for their drinks and food is microwave being nice.
