Our server was great. Out of 4 meals, 3 were not good. The chicken was cold. The salmon was so salty I tasted salt on my lips for a while. And the ahi tuna steak was medium well when rare was ordered. For $37.00 and everything ala carte, the presentation was that of a diner- a few potatoes thrown on the plate and 6 or so green beans. Overall-very disappointing. Would not go again The server was great. And while we did not ask, they took a glass of wine off our bill. Which was appreciated but not needed

Belle D. Was absolutely fantastic! We had phenomenal service throughout our visit. She was attentive and resolved an issue we had with my order immediately and handled it masterfully! If you come here you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't ask to sit in her section.

Me and my husband celebrated sweetest day here last night and it was a 10/10. Our server Carson was amazing. He was quick knowledgeable and very personable. He gave a lot of great recommendations. The crab soup we were on the fence about due to the corn but it was amazing. We should’ve took some to go. The carrot cake was very decadent and I was given a large piece. My husband ordered the creme brûlée and it passed the crack test. It had a nice crust on top. He loved it. For our entrees we had the sea bass and the salmon. Both were cooked to perfection and were flaky. The rockerfeller was great. Next time I’ll have them raw. We will be back to see Carson sooner rather than later.

Celebrated a friend’s birthday at Eddie Merlot’s last night. Had a really great dinner but the service we received really set the tone for the evening. Our server Lindsey went above and beyond from her recommendations to table side dessert preparation she made the celebration so memorable. We will definitely be back!

Ive never left a review for anything before, but after speaking with friends and family, it seemed was the appropriate step. We made a reservation for our anniversary on October 9 and our bad experience started before even entering the restaurant.

PROS: good drinks and the ahi tuna wontons were delicious.

CONS: Everything else.
- The front was blocked off and reserved for valet parking so we had to park in the far back and walk up
- Our reservation was for 7:30 and they called us at *literally* 7:31 to ask if we were still coming, we told them yes we were about 10 steps from the door.
- The hostess with long braids mumbled about our table being set up, then without saying anything else she leaned to the side and looked to the couple that came in behind us. We stood for a second, confused and waiting to hear what we should do next/where we should go. Then she, again without saying anything, RAISED HER EYEBROWS at us as if to say "well, get out of the way!" I used to be a hostess for a local restaurant and we would NEVER treat patrons like that, I was shocked she was so blatantly rude. We stepped to the side and were taken to our table shortly after
- There was an event in the main room, so we were seated at a table in the lounge area next to a painting so low and sticking out so far that my husband hit his head on it multiple times.
- We waited an extremely long time to order, while watching our waitress bus the table next to ours in 3 separate trips.
- The oysters came out first and tasted like we were drinking from a poorly kept aquarium. I could only have 1, and my husband who loves oysters, was able to power through 2 before deciding they were a bad idea.
- The entrees were lackluster at best. My husbands came out on a big plate which was mostly empty (see picture), and they also did not bring him a steak knife for his steak. He could have used that knife for the shrimp too, they were that overdone.

Id be willing to forgive the food and service due to the event going on- while disappointing, it at least had an explanation.

There is zero explanation for the hostess being as rude and unprofessional as she was. I wish I had said something at the time.

For the price this restaurant is charging, Id suggest spending your money elsewhere. Thank god my husband is fun, otherwise the night wouldve been ruined.

We went to Eddie Merlot's to celebrate our wedding anniversary last night. We did not leave disappointed! Everything was perfect from the Happy Anniversary greeting from the hostess to the table with rose petals and a card, and our fantastic server Ashleigh M who was so attentive, informative and took our photo to commemorate the evening. The food was amazing and the restaurant has a nice ambience. We will definitely be back and will be requesting Ashleigh M!

Got a gift card for this place. Food was great! Service was great! Ryan was our waiter and he did an exceptional job and was in constant communication about our meal. Atmosphere was very nice the only thing I would say is update the table and chairs. Other than that very nice time very good food and excellent service.
