Cannot express the amount of kindness and friendliness you are welcomed with as soon as you enter their doors. No matter how busy. No matter how late in the evening it is, their outgoing, personable, and engaging personalities are just as delightful as their food :)

The food was amazing at the location on Telegraph. The burger and all the toppings were fresh and delicious. The fries were hot, and there was plenty. I will definitely visit this location in the future.

They messed up my order badly. I called them and they agreed to remake my order for me when I called to place the order a guy named Richard answered the phone and this is what I was actually told” I don’t have any recollection of your name. I am not going to remake anything for you. That’s not my problem.” And I said it was snowing that day I couldn’t come back the manager that I spoke to said that I can come in whenever he said well it’s snowing today too and a sarcastic way and hang up the phone. I am so utterly disgusted I would never give any type of business to place ever again. I am going to call every single one of my business partners who actually order from this place and tell them to stop ordering from here. This is insane higher staff. This man is truly disgusting and unprofessional, and he sounded like he was drunk.

It's a Five Guys. Good burgers, better fries, free peanuts, staff has treated me well.
Vegetarian options: Not a lot of options - but you can get a bun with their various veggie toppings, or make s meal of their delicious fries.
Dietary restrictions: Do not go here if you have a peanut allergy because they have peanuts for people to snack on everywhere. Otherwise, they do have an allergy protocol they follow if you let them know you have an allergy (new gloves, sanitize counterspace)
Parking: Ample parking in free lot.
Kid-friendliness: Great shot with kids. Burgers, fries, milkshakes.

After shopping for a microwave at Menards, we got hungry and decided to stop into Five Guys.
The atmosphere was fun and bustling, with a few DoorDashers and some other customers in the store when we arrived.
We ordered a large Cajun fry to go, and they did not disappoint! The fries were so hot and fresh that we were burning our fingers trying to eat them. They were perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and soft like mashed potatoes on the inside. By the time I pulled out of the parking lot, everyone had Cajun-coated fingers.
The guys who helped us were really nice and accommodating, which made the experience even better.
I would definitely recommend Five Guys! They have good food and generous portions!
