Very polite, with excellent food. Only slight issue I've ever seen is when somewhat, indecent people come in and have a problem with the owners/staff speaking in Mandarin. However, to me, this isn't anything to be concerned about.

the front desk person is very rude the food is not good. won't come again.

So many sit down chinese restaurants closing. We came here on a recommendation from the owners of Kim's in troy. Great flavors. Portions were fine. The won ton soup was A+++.

Food was horrible, greasy & served on dirty dishes. The REALLY REALLY SHORT older gentleman running the counter. Whom I assume is the owner Is extremely rude to his staff & guest. This guy really has a temper problem. All He does is Yell really ridiculous. I never write bad reviews but I'll never eat here again. This place is also dark and dirty. Food taste like greasy Microwave food.

Owner of the place was very rude an insulting tonight! My mother is passing at St. Joes hospital so ive been staying at the hospital and tonight i wanted Chinese food. I found this joint on Google (nearest Chinese restaurant) and this place popped up so i gave it a try. On the phone call ordering my food the guy sounded a little sharp in the beginning, I brushed It off. When arriving to the place, i could not find it so i called the restaurant again to comfime where the location was at. The same guy answered an sounded irritated that i could not find it.(I've never been there before) So make a long story short. When i enter the restaurant a nice hostess girl greets me an then out of the kitchen came this angry man running his mouth about how i should know where his business is! I was like "your business sign is turned off(8:35 pm they close at 9:30) he carries on to say "I dont need to have my business sign lit up because I've been here for fifty years. Im like whatever floats your boat, im not trippin. Then he tells me its not a problem with the sign being lit up, "there's a problem with your peoples brain" at this moment i lose my calmness an asked what his problem was, he continued to be a trash talkin angry man. I finely had enough. i was ready to knock his teeth down his throat but instead enhanced my calmness, paid for my food an left even though i didnt want to. I was hungry and walked up there. (2 min walk) food ok but $20.67 for sweet and sour chicken and a extra egg roll is to much but hey supply and demand. Ill never go there again the rest of my life nor will any of my friends an family!

I would give no stars if I could. This place is racist, the cashier Stanley didn't speak when l came in and he slammed my food on the counter. He spoke to the white customers that came in after me and handed them their food in their hands. Will not be back!

The food is excellent and so is the service. Best General Tso's chicken around!

I was greeted cheerfully and shown to a table right away. My server was very nice. I ordered #19 Honey Spicy Chicken combination. The sauce was delicious and so was the egg roll. The chicken was deep fried nicely however it was very chewy and a bit tough. Overall, ok experience maybe I'll try something different next time.

I don't know if it was a language issue but I asked if i could get a sweet and sour dc shrimp with veggies and whoever answered the phone was really rude. He said "I should come in and look at the menu" then hung up the phone me. 8 normally don't give bad reviews and maybe it was a off day but...i refuse to give this place my business today.

best chinese food! i've been coming here for years for take out it takes about a small five minute wait but it's worth it for how delicious it is!

Not only was I missing a $6 item from my delivery order I was presented with this for General Tso's. 80% liquid and grilled chicken. Looked disgusting so I didn't even try it and threw it out.

Their food has been consistently excellent for almost 30 years, but the service is horrendous. Only take out for me because they suck so bad.

Not sure about the previous reviews of the portions being small, as we found the portions more than generous. Enough so that we had leftovers from both entrees that we ordered. And, everything that we ordered was really tasty. It is Americanized Chinese food, but that is what we were after and it was really good. Everything was served extremely hot and our waitress was very attentive and accommodating, she was a sweetheart. I will agree the gentleman at the hostess/cashier stand does not appear to be friendly or social, as he did not acknowledge our existence, but I had no need to interact with him, so it was of no consequence to me.

Little short guy at the counter is so rude! Literally had no respect for me! First and last time I ever go here. Portion size way too small, I'm surprised they are still in business. The food has no flavor and tastes like nothing. Never going here again. Go to Takee Outee right down the street at Square Lake and Telegraph. Friendlier staff, bigger portion sizes, cheaper, and tastes better!
