Hungry Howie's Pizza

Doordash driver, gonna give a good example of what my expectations from this store are. Today(saturday) at about 12:30 pm, I got an order, pita way and hungry howies. I was about 10 min away when I got the order. Went to pita way, of course the order is ready. Use the bathroom there, so I've had this order for at least 15 min. I walk into hungry howies and they haven't even put the pizza in the oven. Pretty much par for the course here. Also staff are extremely rude to dashers. And I've had them put the wrong address into the order then call me after drop off and blame me for their mistake.

So sufficient to say, I'm never going to walk into this places doors again. Absolute joke of a place and you earned this rating.

I have to compliment the team here tonight. We had a subpar experience the last time we ordered. First off they called us within 24 hours to make it better. Today we reordered and everything was 5 star. The person I spoke to on the phone to order so friendly and made sure we knew how sorry they were about our last order. The food is top notch which is what we normally receive but I wanted to be sure they know how much we appreciate them.

The door dash driver never showed up with my order so I never got my food, the guys at the store were very nice tho and had great service!

I had a great experience at Hungry Howie's, thanks to the outstanding customer service from manager Devin. He greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was perfect, offering helpful recommendations along the way. Devin's friendly attitude really enhanced my visit. Highly recommend!

There was a mix- up on my 1st order it was not what I ordered.I spoke to the manager to get a better understanding of the situation and was offered a free pizza for the misunderstanding. The thing of the matter was I couldn't get an exact time of when the delivery of the free pizza was going to be but when it was delivered it was left on the steps, the delivery person did not come to the door, nor ring the doorbell like they did the first time but just left my pizza on the steps. Wow unbelievable.

We ordered 12 pizza’s for pickup for a team event. Melissa took our order on the phone and gave us a good discount; great service and pizzas were ready when promised.This is not gourmet pizza but decent for a large team event.

Came here after business. buddy over here named Dylan struggled taking our order. Then buddy went to the back and didnt return for 15 minutes. We ordered a small pizza shouldn't be taking this long. Then after 30 minutes of waiting buddy Dylan gives us the pizza. Then I accidentally sat on mountain due. Buddy that pizza was so hot it burned the top for all 3 mens mouth. Also, didnt give napkins to my buddy

I love hungry howies pizza but I would suggest against choosing this location. One of our 2 pizzas didn't even have pizza sauce on it at all and they put the wrong seasoning on the crust which made it even worse. The whole order in general was just not good quality. Very sad.

Hmmm, how to give a negative rating. Well, I placed on online order at 6:05 pm. Almost as simple as can be. One large plain cheese pizza and Howie bread. Online order said 40 minutes. I received the order in 60 minutes. No big deal, except that I received a medium pepperoni pizza. Again, no big deal, except my son was having a sleepover with a friend who is Jewish. Can't eat the pizza with pork on it. I called back at 7:07pm. I was told that they would get it to me in 30-35 minutes. I called after 45 minutes. After being on hold for a few minutes, I was told that the pizza was "on the way." I called after another 40 minutes, a full TWO AND A HALF HOURS AFTER MY INITIAL ORDER OF A PLAIN CHEESE PIZZA! After being put on hold for six more minutes, I was told they were closed. Great sleepover. I am cooking him chicken nuggets now.

My pizza didn't have bacon on it however they gave me a free pizza later for my troubles.
