IHOP offers great food, with excellent pancakes, and friendly service. The restaurant has some issues with temperature control, and can be understaffed, leading to delays in food service. However, the food is excellent, and the pancakes are a highlight, making it a great spot to bring friends and family. This IHOP makes tables ready for the next guest instantaneously. Despite a huge line, you will get your place very quickly. The lemonade tasted like water, and the coffee caraf/pot was dirty. They should repair the shingles on the roof of the building.
