Carryout order was placed today over the phone today for 2 breakfast orders. I repeated the order twice to ensure that the order was correct, yet they still managed to screw it up. Not only that no condiments were placed in the bag after I asked twice and again they ensured that it would be in the bag. How do I eat my breakfast without ketchup, and syrup???

We went here the morning after Thanksgiving on Black Friday. While the place wasn’t very crowded at all the service was extremely slow and inattentive. We had to keep trying to get our waiters attention to get coffee and water refills. Pancake we ordered for the side was so cold the butter on top was solid the whole time we were eating.
I love iHop but this location severely needs to fix their service.

For the last 27 year we have our Men's fellowship on Thanksgiving morning. This is done in honor of my best friends grandfather, who had fellowship with his brothers and friend's by going hunting.
This year's service was outstanding and the staff was super responsive. We had a total of 42 men attend this year.

(Big eye roll) walked in table for 1 It’s nothing busy at all I’ve been sitting here for 18 minutes No waitress No attention at all (I’m gonna admit my fault for even staying) Waitress walks by to clear a table that left 10 minutes ago- Accidentally asked me if I’ve been helped. I said no. She said do you want something to drink? I said no I just wanted pancakes Im thinking are you taking my order or just asking? She walked away… 🤔 am I to assume she placed my order?!? Smh…this location use to be busy!!! I’m guessing I know why it’s not . Horrible service. Only reason I stayed- waiting on an Rx from the Costco pharmacy!!! Wasting time. That’s what I ended up doing Wasting time. Two whole thumbs down!

To the eye the food looked acceptable. To the taste it was horrible. The service was good. Nothing special but she was friendly enough. Not to be rude, but the food is really awful.... to me. I only dined there because a friend wanted to, otherwise, I can't say I would return.

Food was prepared as requested. Pancakes are dry, but you get 3 large. Server was attentive.
Great service and good food and price combine to give 5 Stars. One recommendation for the management though, they should repair the shingles on the roof of the building.

Took wife for valentine breakfast, Service sucked!!! Food was the worst cold, or burnt.The biscuits and gravy sucked big time gravy was like cold water super thin like water.Waitress in big hurry to cash us out cuz she was goin off the clock!!!! Pretty bad experience all the wY around.Wont be goin back!!! Used to to be a nice place.Down the sitter now!!The rest rooms were disgusting urine stench filthy. We will not return.They need health inspections.

Pancakes were overcooked, and when the waitress sent it back, we could hear the cook complaining about having to remake them. Then, I received undercooked pancakes. Won't ever go back.
