Love my mornings here. Natalie always has a warm and welcoming attitude. At this point,
I don’t even have to say my order…she has memorized it. Love this place!

This restaurant is spotlessly clean, The cashier/order taker Natalie, is wonderful. She is efficient and pleasant. She is a delight to see early in the morning when I get there. The prices are comparable to other delis and the food is delicious They do not skimp on portions. A varied selection of sandwiches and bagels are to be had by all. This is a great place to go.

Best Bagel store by far in the area - Great product and even better service provided, especially from Natalie behind the counter! She goes out of her way to provide the best experience and truly get to know her customers. She's the reason I drive to this Jersey bagel vs the WB location (which I live closer to - and is great also). Highly recommend this place.

I was in a couple of days ago expecting a better product than the west Bloomfield location. Well I was wrong the bagles were stale and hard. I'm wondering if they are using product from the day before or the new quality is it just that bad.

Terrible experience here. Got home to realize we were missing one of our bagel sandwiches as well as a side of potato salad. The food we did receive was just ok. My husband tried calling 4 times during open hours to speak with someone and couldn't get a hold of anyone.

We've had such a rough time with delivery lately, people just don't read order tickets, receipts or notes. At the end of the day by the time we get the kids fed and to bed my wife and I are usually too tired. Last 3 days no joke, one delivery order never showed (Door Dash), one delivery order from Qdoba arrived Incomplete (GrubHub, but was restaurants fault), and yesterday night our grub hub driver picked up a completely wrong order from Penn Station (GrubHub driver fault ... Best part ... The receipt on the food delivered was a door dash order). What is going on. All 3 times too late to replace with a new order. Today we decided to just find a spot and stock up on food for lunch and dinner and pick it up ourselves. My wife loves bagels, so on to jersey Bagels. First time customers. Ordered in person and made sure to clarify everything. We got home and one of our two bagel sandwiches was missing. And the two sides of the potato salad that was supposed to come with them were missing as well. Argggg. I can't help but laugh at this point. So frustrating, listen to your customers, read the receipts and order tickets. When you pack the bags double or even triple check that everything is correct if you have to. Value your customer and their hard earned money and most importantly value their time. When you call and complain it's always the same response which requires the customer to drive all the way back to the restaurant. I don't really have the energy to call and complain to another restaurant, and let's face it most of them don't care, so many restaurants rely on bulk over quality. However I tried anyway. Called 4 times and when you dial number 2 in order to speak with someone the line dropped all 4 times. The website has no email or other numbers to call. This one will have to be a cc dispute.

I did not receive the same kind treatment as everyone else in the store. They were not nearly as kind to me. There was actually a shift in their behavior when handling me as if they did not want to. She called everyone else hun and was so kind in her voice to everyone else but with me she hurriedly shooed me to the pickup area with a flat affect in her voice so she can get back to the customers that matter. You could tell she did not want to serve me. Treat everyone equally. Especially if the person is just a regular person in the hustle and bustle of Monday morning. You need to check how you view black women because the way you treated me was completely different from everyone else. I can see how different you treat me.

Best bagels I have found in the area. Love that they will put the hash brown inside of the bacon egg and cheese. Great for weekend breakfast!
