Great location! Always fast and efficient. Orders are correct. Food is always hot. The employees are really nice here. I have seen this place to be real busy at lunch time, and they still pull through! Give em a raise Jersey Mike's! Keep them, they are great workers!

First time at a Jersey Mike's. Did not disappoint. Great, fast service, and food. Rank is up to the top amongst the competitors. We ordered a ham and provolone and turkey and provolone, both 'Mike's Way'.
Extremely clean with a helpful and pleasant staff. It's Jersey Mike's your gonna get a jersey Mike sandwich it is what it is. This location has wonderful staff and is exceptionally clean.

Very good subs. Incredibly slow service at this location. Consistently 15-20 mins late on the time when I order on the app. Big Beaver location is always spot on. If the subs weren’t so good, I would go somewhere else.

There is so much competition in the sub shop market these days. I used to be a die hard Subway fan but after having a Jersey Mike's sub, I really haven't looked back. I've tried several of the subs that JM offers... hot and cold and they are all fantastic. My go-to is the #13 Italian Mike's way. Having fresh sliced meat and cheese stacked high can't be beat!

I made a large order online through uber eats, Jersey Mikes accepted the order and when I went to pick it up there was a sign on the door saying store was closed until 1 that day. Then, went I tried cancelling the order to get a refund uber eats stated that jersey mikes marked the order as finished so the order can not be refunded.

I stop here sometimes on my way downtown, and the food, staff and store are all very good; But the biggest problem with this place, is opening on time. The hours are posted as 10am to 9pm, and for whatever reason, they are incapable of opening the store at 10am, typically they unlock the door anywhere from 10:10 to 10:20. I hope they fix this in the future.
