I ordered by phone and was greeted by the jet-bot. This phone robot let me know he is intelligent and would help me place my order, in return I was given 15% discount.I was impressed that I could ask specific questions and get accurate answers. The answers did take extra time, as the jetbot mentioned to hold on. Another down side is that you don't get all the info on specials.
