This location is the absolute worst. The customer service is terrible. The food is even worse. I have ordered a veggie sub twice with the same instructions both times. I added pickle both times, once there were only pickles and cheese on the sandwich. Nothing else. This time, there was one single pickle on the sandwich and it was SO soggy. The lettuce was disgustingly wilted and wet.
There was only cheese on half of my sandwich. I thought maybe the first time they were just having an off day and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out again. I will not be returning to this location.

There was nothing on the sandwich flat as a Pancake,the bread was hard. Ask for oregano on half and got no oregano. The text back to me is gonna say the same thing it says to everybody sorry about your experience, well then fix it

Bought 2 sandwiches. They had hardly any meat on them. One i paid for extra. No sauce on them. They were purely bread sandwiches. $24.00 for this. Let's get real.

Beware this JJs will not refund your order when they get it wrong. One sandwich was missing from the order. We called for a simple refund of one sandwich and they would not do it. They expected us to drive there and pick it up on a delivery order. This was a large order with $30+ tip. Order number 36619535517204483.

Never ordering from this jimmy johns again. Horrendous long delivery wait. Then on top of that which can be understandable the food tasted stale and also very light. Basically half portions in each sandwich. I usually never review but and I love JJs but this location sucked.

Very disappointed. Both subs had excess of oil inside, more than normally. Oil was on outside of both bottom buns. Very hard to hold and eat without ingredients sliding out per excess oil!!!

Horrible. Came here on a Wednesday at 5. NO cars were in the parking lot and I see why people don’t come here. I walked in and said hello to THREE people at the counter. They just looked at me and one turned away. I walked right out. Robots are taking jobs for a reason.

First time at Jimmy John’s… Shakira was amazing at advising the best sandwich… Had a few laughs as well…she has so much patience and just a beautiful personality… The sandwich she suggested taste sooooo delicious… The J.J. Gargantuan 👅… Will definitely be visiting again soon… Thank you Shakira for such a wonderful experience….

Definitely freaky slow !! My keat was all off the end of my sandwich asked for extra sauce and had barely any on the sandwich. Not a fan of this location. The female was very nice.

Probably one of the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. I placed an online order and came to pick it up only to find mid bite, a piece of plastic. I called the store and spoke to a lady who “claimed” she was the manager but find hard to believe considering I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me in case I don’t recieve my refund. I would love to speak with the owner as I have given this location one to many chances! Will definitely not be getting company lunches catered from there anymore. I was there on July 25 around 1, whoever was working the drive thru needs to be spoken to.
