Stopped in this location today, and this was my biggest mistake made. Customer service was horrible just as well as the sandwich. Dry, very little lettuce bread extremely hard, so I just threw the sandwich in the garbage. This is probably one of the worst Jimmy John's location I've been to. Something told me to follow my first mind and go to jersey Mike's across the street.

I continue to give this location a try when it is the nearest location to my house and work. Today I went through drive thru and the young man taking my order was rude. Didn’t even say hi, just said Jimmy John’s?? I said hello and he said hello very rude. I said are you taking my order or saying hi and he said yeah! Yeah what?? So I placed my order. A #14 no tomato’s cut in half. When I got to the window, he or I’m assuming same gentleman. Open the window and stuck his hand out for payment. Again no words. I paid and he handed me a bag. In the bag was two sandwiches. I tried to get his attention to let him know that this wasn’t my order. I only ordered one sandwich, He totally ignored me, so I left with the bag. When I got home, my sandwich was in the bag with tomatoes on it and there was another sandwich with meat and bacon.

I always get delivery from here to work. Always super fast and made correctly.... and my order is quite particular! Lots of adds and extras and they always get it right.I've edited my previous review as in the last couple years, I haven't had a single issue or problem.

So I come here on my break and apparently they can’t cut gargantuans in quarters because wrapping them would be to hard which is an issue I’ve never had before at any jimmy johns.A gargantuan cut in half is just two normal sized subs which is a foreign concept to the employees that work there. I just wanted two normal sized subs cut in half and they refused to do it so then I just ask if they have plastic knives so I can cut it in half on my own and apparently jimmy johns doesn’t believe in silverware.So either this location hires from the bottom barrel of intelligence or these employees where just messing with me because they where bored and didn’t want to work.

The service is terrible, not respectful and not understanding. Don't recommend, go to the one down the street instead. Employees don't care, nor take pride in there job. Please do not waste your time going here.

0 stars. Took 45 minutes to get my order delivered when they were down the street. Couldn't leave the office so I needed it delivered for when I got out of a meeting, took 45 minutes. When I called to ask why it was so taking so long for such a short drive they said "well he's got 4 other orders to deliver and yours is sitting here, you should've walked in if you wanted it so fast", the lady hung up after she said that. This place is disgusting, I will be asking for my money back. Oh and I called 30 minutes before I actually needed it delivered but it still took way too long for them being down the road...?

I have continued to try and give this place "one more try" but I think I'm finally done. On multiple occasions I have shown up to grab my mobile order, well after it was supposed to be done, only to see the employees sitting around in a group just hanging out and talking. I have sat at the drive through window for over 5 minutes while they continued their social hour without even attempting to address my order or arrival...prompting me to park and walk in, forcing them to finally address me. I have had enough and will no longer be visiting this location until management decides to start caring about their customers.

I have sat at the drive through window for over 5 minutes while they continued their social hour without even attempting to address my order or arrival...prompting me to park and walk in, forcing them to finally address me. I have had enough and will no longer be visiting this location until management decides to start caring about their customers.

Worst service ever! Worst food ever. The restaurant is almost as dirty as the dumpsters outside. Incorrect hours online. If you hate your jobs as much as you do... Maybe you should just stay home and not work in the fast food industry.
