My goodness, all I wanted them to do was cut my sandwich in half. When I was given my sandwich, I was greeted by a lady dripping in sweat. The bag was moist with what I think is sweat. There was sweat on the windows, sweat on my card when I got it back. There was so much sweat my grandpa could slip on it and fall down the stairs. My dad asked for no onions, he got onions. If only I could find the no stars button with all this sweat on my fingers from the food.

I used to eat here everyday but no more! They are closed half the time. The days that they choose to be open they close inappropriately early in the afternoon. The woman making the sandwich is super rude and acts so inconvenienced by every request. I believe she is pregnant.

Never before had such a disappointing sandwich at Jimmy John's. There was almost nothing in it, and the bread seemed to be squished flat. The sandwich was little more than an inch high.

What a rip off pay $10 get two tiny slices of roast beef. Told the lady i got the combo and she said it doesn't come with chips. I think they charge extra for cheese too. Just go to subway you get a pop and chips and way more meat. Place is a joke.. Last time i ever go there again

The overall aesthetic of the establishment is just gross. It has a musty and damp atmosphere that matches its staff as you walk in. I was greeted by a surprisingly prominent cashier who had to wipe the sweat of standing and taking my order off her face which was very unpleasant to watch. The thought of sweat dripping into my sandwich repulsed me and I struggled to eat it.

Right when I walked in the place was very musty and had a strange smell. This unwelcoming environment wasn’t the only unwelcoming about this place the staff members were extremely unclean with the cashier dripping in sweat and then proceeding to make my sandwich. My sandwich was very moist and the lettuce was brown. I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I will not ever be coming back to this establishment.

One of the employees was moving trash around and pulling up his pants with his work gloves on and then he turned right to making food! It is disgusting and in violation of a health code for sure! Really people! What is the point of the gloves then....

I'll never order from this location again I know that's a fact. I always examine my cold cut sandwiches from any sub places I order from. So I ordered the usual my favorite sandwich of all time at JJ's #9 Italian Night Club. I examined my sandwich throughly and noticed a small white paint chip in my sandwich. Didn't bother to call them and let them know because my best friend said I'm being over dramatic and he will just pick it off and eat it (nasty) lol but he ate it and there was no way I will be getting my money back. So I'll just write a review.
