I stopped here at 8:30 on a Tuesday night. After waiting unacknowledged for 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker, I left. Other customers were smarter than me and only lasted 5 minutes. Do not recommend!

The white male manager that works the night shift. I believe he is the core foundation to this restaurant. He is literally the nicest human being I’ve ever encountered despite all the drama and all the craziness that I see he is always calm, cool and collective. I only return to this restaurant and spend my money because of him please give him a raise the day that I find out he no longer works. There is the day I will never spend a dime at this location. We always end up purchasing large quantity of food for my employees and for staff meetings.

I guess I didn’t know it was that hard to follow directions. Waited over 35 minutes and had to remake our food 3 times and still didn’t get it right. Asked for mustard so the burger wasn’t that plain and told me they didn’t have any then continued to toss the ketchup packets on the counter at me.

OK, so I’m actually writing this about the behavior of the employees, not the food. Especially recently, the customer service has been absolutely awful. I’m not sure if it’s being run by overworked teenagers, either way, There’s no excuse. They treat you like crap when you come to the drive-thru, no matter how calm and nice you are. One time, I asked to upgrade to large meal, two employees kept overlapping each other on the speaker and were contradicting each other's sentences. It was so odd and confusing. I had to calmly ask them to stop so I could actually understand what was happening. They will also rush you after every single word. “I’d like a nugget meal with…WHAT DRINK AND SAUCE” multiple times in a row in one breath??? like calm down, I’m literally about to tell you? It’s absolutely frustrating and uncalled-for. I also notice they close 3–4 hours early most nights. Which isn’t a huge deal. Just wish they would update the hours on the website, so people don’t waste their time.

I apparently can’t leave a review without leaving one star but if I could I would mark no stars. I was just in your restaurant. Placed my order at the kiosk and indicated I would pay at the counter. I waited 10 minutes and although several employees saw me there none bothered to help. Eventually, a customer came behind me and asked if someone was working the counter. She was told there is no one to work the counter. The woman asked when we’re you gonna tell us. And the employee said “you can come back and help us!”!

I tried to call and asked to speak to a manager. Who hung up on me. Several subsequent calls were not answered.

Hours online and on the door say they close at midnight, but they close early consistently. I mobile ordered and could not get my food, even through drive thru. They just need to update their hours at this point if they're not going to serve anyone.

The food is normally fine. This is not the first time they've pretended to be closed.
