They were trying out a new system where you place your order and you go and have a seat and a robotic tray comes out right to your table and talks to you and let you get your food it's a nice experience and the place was super clean and the people were so friendly so nicest McDonald's I've been to in a long time

Love the quick easy breakfast for me and my crew as the owner at allseasonsservicesmi.co m in Macomb and Oakland county we use McDonald's a few times a week to feed 15 guys I get them breakfast and lunch a few times a week and McDonald's is always a go to for fast food food...Parking: Alote of parking at the one in Harrison twp
I didn’t want. food. I also didn’t get the drink I came in to order.When I stood at the register for a drink, I saw the two employees by the fries angrily looking at me and speaking to each other. When the one finally came over, I asked her if I could order here. She said no, use kiosk, and walked away.Terribly rude. Angry. Sorry BHills, you have the works McD’s around. Do not go to this restaurant unless you want to be made uncomfortable and unwelcome.PS - I just didn’t want to hit 30 buttons for a drink. Sorry employees.

Really need to work on the attitudes of your workers handing out food at the drive-thru window. As someone who works drive-thru, I would have never treated a customer like they were in the wrong when I messed up their simple drink twice. I was upcharged by too much, as well, along with no apology. Yes, I guess I could have paid closer attention to the screen, but how does a small black ice coffee sound like a large regular coffee( which they took as 1 cream, 1 sugar). The girl then asked if I would take a large 1×1 ice coffee...still wrong. I was given the right drink at the end, but I felt like I was made out to be a rude customer when I just wanted the drink I ordered. I've never have had a experience like this. I've come to this location multiple times and have never had issues until this day.

1045-1/18/24 me and boys were in there for a meal and received the best service we’ve had in a long time from ANY restaurant, especially fast food. The lady’s were nice, kind and helpful. It was very noticed and we loved it. Much appreciated. Store was clean and clutter free. Someone was keeping floor cleaned from slushy weather. Great time!!! The staff that morning needs commended

This location is outrageously slow. The last three times I went through the drive thru the line didn’t move for 10 minutes then when I got to the window they asked me to pull into one of the spot to wait another almost 10 minutes. This only happens at this location. Needs new
