My new favorite sushi place. I’ve gone twice and the rolls are great. The nigiris are spectacular. I am not a fan of the teriyaki chicken though.I will keep on going bit only for sushi rolls and nigiris.
I didn't realize they close at 3pm. I arrived at 2:40pm and the hostess said that was ok. The service was horrible!! Made me feel awful for coming in. I was so looking forward to trying this place. Will Never come back!

This is truly a nice above average restaurant as far as decor, food, etc.Sushi I am not a fan, but a very special friend of mine this was a special occasion - so we went. As the stars I rated, the atmosphere is good. Service pretty good (not 5 star though), and even though I had no opinion on sushi, I graded based on what my friend thought. Food was absolutely 5 stars. Everything prepared perfectly. Tasty. And the food presentation is way above average.Now I will explain how they fell to only a three star rating: PRICES. I fully understand about prices have risen in restaurants. I also understand sushi restaurants charge more, not just because of fresh fish but probably the pay extended to the amazing chefs that have such talent putting these dishes together. The art of it.Quite a few other reviews mentioned the prices but I took them lightly just figuring from people that don't dine out regularly anymore, and the realization this restaurant is in a pretty high income area - but my review lost 2 stars; prices were 100% insane. You will love the food, bill not so much.2 people, I ate light, friend did order more, only ONE drink a piece. $130!!! (+ tip). WHEW!

First time here and we loved it. Fresh sushi and our new favorite appetizer was the crab croquette.... delicious. Liked the combo plate it gave you a variety of sushi. The decor was beautiful and place very clean. The waitress was very helpful. Will definitely go again. A must try!

I was here about a year ago and the rolls were very good. I met a friend there tonight for Happy Hour advertised M-F 4:30-6:30. We asked for happy hour specials and both the waitress and manager/owner said there was no happy hour. They were not surprised by the request, but offered no explanation, no apologies. We left because of the insincerity and lack of communication. We showed them the Happy Hours advertised on the website and Facebook.I am disappointed in the lack of integrity of this restaurant.

I got the tempura udon which was fantastic and filling, they actually give you a good portion of tempura onions and sweet potatoes. The broth was deliciously salty but not overly. I also got the salmon roll which was great, their sushi rice has a good flavor which accentuates the salmon. My vegan fiancee got the spicy edamame and cucumber avocado roll and said both were fantastic. The staff was very polite and friendly.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sushi roll section, and of course the edamame is vegan.
Not sure if Nippon Sushi is a chain, but it has that vibe. Really enjoyed our rolls, nonetheless. I recommend the spicy salmon and yellowtail with scallion, very fresh and well put together. We’ll be back! Oh, and the bathroom was immaculate.

I went here earlier today and the first red flag was that there were no prices on the menu, secondly there were no indications of whether the meat inside the sushi was cooked or not. I get better sushi from krogers for $5 on Wednesdays. I do not recommend this restaurant.

went here today first red flag is that there is no prices on the menu, they didn’t have what I wanted so I settled for something else which on the menu it said it came with more rolls but it was short 6 rolls. Second the food was way overpriced used basically all my money for food I didn’t like. The waiter didn’t even get my friends food right away, it took 20 min for us to get the attention of our waiter so she could order. Massively mid don’t recommended.

This restaurant was extremely overpriced for what we ordered. 3 traditional rolls an appetizer and one drink was $60USD. I feel so ripped off for that price I could get a weeks worth of groceries or a nice steak dinner for two. I'm blown away how much we paid for such simple food. The $11 drink was 90% ice cubes. I wish I would have just not eaten.
