OVER PRICED HOSPITAL FOOD I am not one to leave a review but after several below average dining experiences I feel like I have too. The first visit was for breakfast as I ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The coffee station was low/out on just about everything. I proceeded to tell an employee they were out of crème and he tell me to bring my cup over I’ll dump some in from behind the counter instead of coming to fill the container. Two minutes later a woman runs into the same issue and he does the same thing. I then wait nearly 15 minutes for a sandwich to be made standing at the counter watching the employee mosey around with his hood up. My second visit was for lunch a few weeks later. I put my order in And took a buzzer and waited at a table. The buzzer went off and the screen said my order was done. I see nothing but my Soup behind the counter for several minutes, nobody would even look at me. I finally get somebody’s attention And tell them my order said it had been done five minutes ago And they tell me they are waiting on my sandwich. After I get my sandwich, my soup was ice cold cause I had been sitting on the counter for over five minutes. The lack of care from the employees at this Panera bread is upsetting and ridiculous. Walking around with your hood on and not making eye contact with customers is an embarrassing look on a franchise. I would consider getting a new manager, maybe one who actually cares how their employees act./Service their customers.

Terrible service. I stopped by 1/15/25 because I saw on Fox2 that today was National Bagel Day and Panera bread was offering a free bagel if you purchased Asiago sticks. A male approached the register to take my order and I inquired about the offer and before I could finish speaking he said very rudely "no specials today, our special was yesterday". I said okay, I'll have a plain bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese on the side. I waited, I saw my name move up on the screen then disappear. I asked the guy who took my order why my name isn't on the screen anymore and I still don't have my bagel. He says, don't ask me, ask them behind the counter. But before I could ask them, the lady threw my bagel in a bag, no wrapping on it at all, it was sliced and toasted but no butter on it. I immediately asked for a refund. I do not appreciate my food being thrown in a bag unwrapped and if you're not happy at your job, please leave. The customer service was horrible.

Buyer beware this place is terrible. Got a bread bowl and an extra cup of soup...it was 97% broth and COLD (poured all broth into one cup pictured) they also forgot our baguettes. Waste of money.

Very rude. Unsure of the individual I interacted with. But after placing and paying for my self ordered order, and waiting 5-10mins I was told they did not have the strawberry purée for my strawberry banana smoothie. The young lady, light skin braids asked if I’d like another smoothie flavor, I stated no. She asked if I still wanted my other item a bagel I said yes. She stared my card would be refunded. I waited a minute or so and she flung my bagel and bag onto the counter. No apologies, no compassion. Very unprofessional. Bad attitudes and poor customer service would be the reason I wouldn’t return. And I tipped the stuff when placing my order wouldn’t do so in the future…

Ordered a coffee at the kiosk. I’ve waited 15 minutes for an empty cup. The blond guy at the register is the worst. After 10 minutes waiting there I asked him if he could give me the cup and he said you have to wait there in a very rude way. Never coming back again.
Did not get to eat they gave me the wrong food , and the manager argued with in front of other guests, tried telling her that I didn't order this food, it had tomato soup in the order I hate tomato soup. I order two bowls of chicken noodle soup and to whole sandwiches. I stopped arguing with this lady and asked for my money to be returned. And of course it will take a to 10 days to get my refund, really it didn't take 7 to 10 for them to mess up my order and take my money. I'm so over panera. Awful customer service.
