This place is an absolute disaster. Garbage and dish bins are overflowing, not a table clean, trash and food all over the floor, all employees standing around on their phones scrolling. We were there 35 minutes to watch this with 5 other customers in the store when finally someone came out to empty the dish bin. How this brand new store is treated is mind blowing.

I’m not talking about a one time occurrence it’s everytime I come back and suckered in order from here. I promise there’s alot of restaurants all around skip this

Amazing food, delicious. I started ordering Panera for the first time here about two months ago and tried a variety of their sandwiches and they’re amazing. Highly recommend, service could be better but besides that it’s 10/10 for me.

Location is dirty. Really dirty. Front of the house and back of the house. One employee was standing at the entrance smoking a cigarette as we walked in the door. Won’t be back. Panera has gone down hill. Used to love it

Walked in and never even got to the ordering stage. Needed to use the restroom - filthy, walls covered in ?? Went to order. No cashier in sight. Tried to use a kiosk. 2 out of 3 were inoperational. For being in such a heavily trafficked area this location is a total dump and I will never return.

Coffee lukewarm and burnt, and the drive thru operater never gave me my change, granted it was only a few cents. Never assume I'm letting you keep my change! First and last time here. Overpriced, poor quality and crappy service.

I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for more order. The workers are slow as hell! Seen the drive through guy walk out 4 orders the whole time over waited and was walking like he was in no big hurry. Sane pace for the people making the food. No manager in sight!!!

You would think that all the Paneras are the same. I used to think that until I visited this one...never again! I ordered a sandwich and I got an awful salad instead. My soup was almost cold. I didn't see a single student 😂. No wonder why.
