Person taking orders must have just started. Couldn't put in my rewards number, told them is was dine in, came as to go. Tables were dirty, people in back were laughing and horsing around. Brand new store too, won't be around long.

I left here absolutely disgusted from what I saw. I sat inside to work and watched the kitchen employees manhandle food with their BARE HANDS and then touch their faces with gloves on and wipe their noses. I watched 3 younger female employees do this. They absolutely need to have the local health department in here to teach them about their DISGUSTING practices including handwashing, hygiene, and glove use. Even my cream cheese cup had a bunch of food debris on it which was certainly not from my bagel. Totally gross and I will not be back. It’s a shame because this is a new location.

I never write reviews but this is my fifth time trying this Panera and I can honestly say everytime I have come here it is a mess. I worked at a Panera in Midland Mi while in high school so I know what it should be like. There was rarley any mistakes due to the quality control the managers set. Tonight we went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich and a bowl of soup with a baguette. We were given the wrong order even though the worker in the drive thru confirmed what we ordered, we went inside to hand the food back and now we have our order but a cup of soup and chips. Not to mention we waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time. It baffles me how horrible this Panera is, the workers they hire have no idea what is going on and need training. For a $30 dollar sandwich, soup and a drink I would hope we would have had a better experience because this is the fifth time, same result every visit

Drive through takes longer than it should sometimes but otherwise it’s a nice and reliable location.
I don't know what's the issue with their staff man, they don't really care or want to work. Horrible service as always as you need to call them after waiting for 10+ min for their service when there is no one besides you.If you don't like to work just quit instead of being an headache to your customers. Seriously, teens these days... Never coming here again.
