I ordered a delivery of 2 BLT Pitas and some bread. We could not hardly chew the bacon, it was like tire rubber, the pits bread was old, cracked and barely edible. I RARELY do this but our food is still sitting here because we couldn't chew it. I spent $30 on food we couldn't eat. I'm so disappointed. We've been ordering from Mr. Pita for over a decade
I ordered a pizza from this place pizza taste like old oil or dirty pan won't order again from this store
This has to be the worst Papa Romano’s location out of all of them! I order the same thing every time and they get my order wrong more than they get it right. On top of that they say they close at 9pm but they pick and choose when they decide to leave, depending on the night I guess. So when I try to tell someone my order is wrong (when I catch them there in enough time to order) no one is there although I’m trying to contact them before 9. I’ve ran into these situations far too often trying to patronize this business and at this point I’ll never be returning.
Good pizza the vegetarian the best
Poor management here. The Team Members cannot support guest issues caused by an error the store created. Service inside the store is good and the food is good. Nothing can overcome bad management.
I love their pizza and their prices. I order by phone very often and I’m always pleased at the customer service, how delicious the food is, and it’s always ready when I come pick it up. I never have any issues here.

This location has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. The last few times I was there I was told that they have shut down for the evening. The opening and closing times depends on when they are tired not according to the posted times. I live close by that location but I will never ever give them another dime of my money.

So bummed. It took over an hour to get and then my pizza was so overdone and cold. It was pretty awful. The breadsticks were awesome as always so at least I had those for dinner.
