Fast friendly service! The food is great. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We were even given samples to taste to help us decide what to eat.

The food was really good ! Excited about some good fresh falafel

Tiny portions. 6 tiny pieces of falafel for $8.50. Small bowls for $15.00. Wraps are "bready" with little filling, meat, vegetables, etc. Poor value compared to what you get at other Mediterranean restaurants.

Edit: Thank you for the blanket corporate response. You're not changing the way your corporation operates so don't pretend it's open for any type of change and real discussion.

Thank you so much to Brandon and the team at the Bay City location! We’ve needed fresh Mediterranean food here forever and they absolutely nailed. Traveling for work and getting a chance to eat Gyros and Shawarma all over the country it’s great to have these amazing flavors at home! The kids bowls were perfect size for my daughters with tons of options for sauces and toppings. I had the dark meat Sandweech and it was phenomenal. I will definitely be eating here very often. Keep up the great work and great service!

Food was great, the wait not so much. The staff was very kind though. The parking horrendous BUT the food made it all worth it!!

Good food and friendly service. Go through the line and build your bowl or wrap. For was fresh and well seasons.

Vegetarian options: Falafel or just veggies.

Parking: Lots of Togo orders so the small parking lot opens up quickly.

Food is good, prices are higher than they need to be... Over $20 for lunch (pita, fry, and drink). Not going again unless there is a coupon or prices drop.

Great spot!

I came in on a Monday when I found out they had a 10$ dark chicken meat bowl deal (normally around 14-15$).

I appreciate that everything is fresh and the test shows. They had recently run out so they were making a fresh batch of chicken, took them about 10 minutes.

I loved all the sauces and sides from hummus to white sauce to veggies and pickles.

Quick. Easy. Convenient.

Just visited the new fort Gratiot location, it's really good. Staff are super friendly and the only is super kind. Will be back soon. Jared and the other staff were phenomenal.

Food and service is phenomenal. Emilio served us when we walked in close to closing time and had a super positive attitude and was very helpful
