Ordered my food through the app. My food was delicious and the food was ready before the promised time. Went in to pickup I was immediately greeted by a young man and immediately given my order. The menu has a decent selection and fair pricing, at least this location. I will be returning as I live nearby and will refer friends when they are in the area.

Whoever made my food this afternoon, please do not do it again! This was the worse potbelly location I’ve ever been to. The soup was weird looking and my sandwich bread tasted burnt. The lemonade tasted odd. Idk what this place has going on but just no.

There was hair in my food and then the manager is unbearable. She just stands there while they play around.
The ingredients are subpar the lettuce was wilting. The food was disgusting. Would not recommend. The worker was scratching his face while making my meal.
