Generally enjoy Starbucks - this one not so much. Been in to visit the past 2 week and you cannot get a real coffee past 630pm (probably earlier). Had to settle for pour over and this week I was only offered a "blonde americano" that was basically water. Mopped around my table as I tried to finish my work, then I had to leave as they closed promptly at 730pm....avoid this location if you can

The drinks always taste terrible. (I keep forgetting and regret it each time I come to this location.) Almost all the staff are irritating and snarky. It's almost like they're trying to work themselves out of a job and close this place down.

I’ve generally had good experiences at this Starbucks location, but I was disappointed by my recent visit on November 13, 2024, around 4:26 p.m. I requested to have my cream steamed, a small courtesy that has always been done for me without any additional charge, as confirmed by a Starbucks manager in the past. However, the barista named (Vince) gave me attitude and informed me there would be a 70 or 80 cent charge for this, saying he would only waive it this time. I felt uncomfortable with his approach and attitude, especially as this was not the first unpleasant interaction I’ve had at this location. I hope that this feedback can help improve consistency in service and customer interactions. Thank you.

I have visited this Starbucks café several times and beside the extended rush hour morning wait, I had great customer service from the order counter to the checkout counter. Today I went at 3:00pm to order a coffee cake and I experienced one of the most egregious customer service ever. I was initially greeted by a pleasant smiling employee followed by another employee with a angry countenance. The second employee looked as if she hated her job or she hated the day. I presented myself with a smile. Usually a person would receive a return smile or at least a warm welcoming greeting in which I received neither. I made my order of a coffee cake and she asked if I wanted my cake heated, to which I replied "no thank you". Perhaps due to the crowd noise she did not hear me because, she went to heat my cake. No problem. After bagging my order, she abruptly threw/tossed it at the check out counter. Without a "thank you" or "have a nice day", she abruptly turned away. I was flabbergasted at her demeanor. I have never been treated in such a way as to feel unwelcomed and to feel as if I was an irritant. If the café has camera's, management can see the footage from my arrival to my check-out. My order is 2505, 10-22-2024 at 3:00pm. I was going to go to the counter to get the name of the rude staff, petite young girl wearing glasses and dark brown hair. I did not see a visible badge on her so, I left. I will be contacting corporate for her to have disciplinary actions. I know we all go through vicissitudes of life but that does not excuse anyone from being egregiously rude to a customer or anyone; especially if your profession is customer service. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Stopped in for a mobile order ( said it was ready was not ready)staff was less then helpful.. There was trash and liquids and food all over the floor. Employees making drinks were pushing trash into overflowing garbage cans with out washing hands before prepping food.
will not be going to this location again.

I mean, it's Starbucks. Either you love it or hate it. It's not Pike Place, but it has all the same fare. The egg bites are a good go to as is the peppermint mocha. This particular store is in a great location and has plenty of space. Their fireplace finishes off the ambiance. Open a laptop and study or meet a colleague and enjoy the club chairs while you have a chat.

I ordered my daughter a drink on the mobile app and it said it was ready. My daughter was sitting at the Starbucks when I got up there and it wasn’t ready when I went up to the counter to ask what was the status of the drink the girl named Naomi said it’s not ready. I clearly could see that it wasn’t ready. I wanted to know when it would be ready. Then she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have a ticket for it even though I ordered the drink, she was rude. Didn’t seem to care that my daughter was gonna be late for school and didn’t care that the drink wasn’t there she then said oh it must’ve been taken by someone else. I had ordered a lemon loaf and a coffee. My coffee was done before my daughters drink when I went to get a refund for the lemon loaf and the coffee because I didn’t realize my coffee was done. She yelled to the cashier she can just get a refund for the lemon loaf since she already has her coffee. She was very unpleasant and very rude .

I come here every morning to get coffee for my 88-year-old father and the staff is amazing!! Everyone is in a great mood, you get your coffee very quick, and they are incredibly friendly.

Terrible service. Four gals behind the counter: one was working her butt off, the other three spent more time and focus on chatting together than doing their job. Had to ask the status of my order to be told they are all backed up - and then she turned around to find a tray of sandwiches waiting for her to distribute! Do what you are paid to do, ladies!
