After ordering a matcha and cake pop we needed to wait 30 minutes to get to the front of the line, there was only two cars in front of us, and once we got to the front we still had to wait ten minutes for the two things we ordered. The man working at the window said he would run to grab the cake pop and it took him five minutes to get back. Truly disappointing and this is coming from someone who loved Starbucks. And to put the cherry on top, when we told the man at the window this was the longest we’ve waited, he said alright and shut the window.

Just had an odd experience at this store.
After waiting 13 minutes for a grande cappuccino, I attempted to get the attention of “Liz” to ask if there was an update with an “excuse me, ma’am”.
She stone faced ignored me. I thought I maybe she hadn’t heard. Another coworker tried to alert her to the fact that a customer was trying to ask a question and she never acknowledged that coworker either.

I asked to speak to a manager to secure a refund (coffee still wasn’t ready).

“Aleena” said she wasn’t the manager but was the individual in charge, so I explained what occurred and she said Liz was probably just focused on her work. She confirmed that she did have her hearing in tact.

I am perplexed.

But. This is also confirmation to me that I need to buy an espresso machine and stop giving this questionable company my money.

Used to be excellent. Now expect at least a 20-30 minute wait per order. Mobile ordering ahead does nothing for your wait times. They need to pay better and hire more staff. UPDATE: They hired more people who just stand around staring at customers instead of making orders. UPDATE #2: New location employees are totally incompetent

I really like this new location.Even though all the construction around it makes it Difficult To access. They have now made a more decent driveway and that makes the parking lot much easier to navigate. Seldom crowded, probably because of all of the construction around it, but well worth the trip as it's very pleasant inside and the employees are always helpful.
