It is all ice. The coffee wasn’t mixed in. One dot of cold foam. 99.9% ice. Don’t come here(and yes I ordered it with light ice and it was filled to the top)

This location sucks. I ordered a plain normal hot grande latte from the drive thru. The label was correct but what I got was a vanilla latte. When I went in to correct the order they were argumentative but made me think new drink. I'm pretty sure it was steamed milk with a little Pikes Place put in it but I took it and left.

This Starbucks does not uphold the vision and value of the company when it comes to quality and customer care. Baristas are rude, better than you, and don't know what they're doing.

This store made the worst match latte. Normally I never have a issue. This match latte had clumps of matcha. I came home and straned it,and the amount of match on the bottom of the cup, yuk! Horrible! Won't be back to this location.

3 different people worked on the order of 3 drinks. Came out 20 minutes apart while people who ordered after got their drink orders before. Bad customer service when the person who worked on drink 2 made 7 other drinks before someone else worked on last drink.

I like this place because nobody will try to have small talk with you and thank God because I’m shy.

The partners are too busy getting slammed by the mass orders that come in during drive thru because the line wait is tracked by corporate. So, if you are in a hurry go through the drive through or do mobile order because those have priority based metrics that are tracked.

I had a lot of time, so of course I went inside because I didn’t care if I had to wait long.

Employees seemed very nice, I never talked to them beyond 3 words which I was happy about.

I had coffee earlier so I didn’t even care that the nitro I had was half filled with foam, I took four chugs and finished it in the store before leaving.

They said hi and all that like they have to. This Starbucks reminds me of this coffee shop I went to in the Middle East because they didn’t care about anything either.

I highly recommend this location as it has that upscale and modern look. It also has that same long extended modern couch found in the other locations that have been remodeled in the last few years.

This is a great place if you want somewhere quiet where no one is talking and where hardly anyone will be inside. This Reminds me of the locations in California but with less homeless.

The lighting is done well and there’s a larger table on the side if you are in a wheel chair. I look forward to coming back when I am in the area with immense time to waste and when I don’t feel like talking to anyone. Definitely check this out, highly recommend.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I ordered my breakfast sandwich at 9:50am. At 10:05am I asked about its status and they said they would make it then—only after I asked them 15 minutes after I had originally ordered! Avoid this Starbucks at all costs. You will regret it

This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Waited over 20 minutes for an iced coffee, which is ridiculous because you just pour it in a cup. Lots of other unhappy people as well during that time since no one inside the restaurant got an order. However, they made 4 mobile orders and chose to ignore everyone in the restaurant, while those orders just sat there. When I asked about it, the people making the orders chose to ignore me. I ended up just leaving without my order because I had other things to do.
