They were very busy they young lady at the window I believe her name was Mariyah handled it all very well her computer malfunctioned etc & she remained calm and professional also kept a smile on her face while dealing with it also she was very gorgeous great location with great employees also another girl made a sandwich by mistake and instead of throwing it away offered it to me I would give them 10/10 if I could thanks for the awesome service!!!!

Why is there always a two to three minute wait in the morning? It’s 6:30am and there’s one other person in line but I still have to wait to place my order and then wait to get it at the window! Get it together or I’ll just go to one of the many other

I’m not from around here, but this Starbucks is definitely not one of the best I’ve been to. The worker at the register took our orders, & instantly had a bad attitude. When our coffees were ready, both were messed up. I had asked for white chocolate mocha in mine & instead got regular mocha. My friend had asked for her drink to be iced but she received it hot. We both had clearly stated those. The other guy working was very nice however & resolved the drink issue by making a new one. The worker at the register needs a better attitude especially working in customer service.

We need to change the staff as it’s unprofessional and ugly with bad attitude.Please get a clue from Starbucks in Birmingham as the staff there is very nice and welcoming.

I will not go to this location again until management is changed. I've been a loyal customer for almost a year and a half, but will not being going back after witnessing and learning of poor treatment of staff by management. The best baristas at this location have either left or been fired under dubious circumstances because of poor management in my opinion. The remaining good baristas have been mistreated and are likely to leave. The result is the staff is poor overall, operating without proper training, do not have any enthusiasm and appear to be operating under a culture of fear and intimidation. Starbucks allowing this mistreatment of employees at this location to continue is disgraceful in my opinion. The end product has suffered mightily.

I arrived to see a customer complaining that they didn't receive their food. And their order had been stated. It was ready I wanted to place an order but the same. Gentleman had to ring me up. Which was his responsibility to provide the food? Also I asked the 2 other females. If they could take my order and gave them a warm hello and they directed me to wait on him. There was no one in the store and I kind of felt that they just didn't want to help me. I find this a bit odd because I'm a ongoing Starbucks customer. And to have me overlook like this. I guess I will stick to the mobile app or a different location. This is by far the worst service. I've had the heavy set. Black. Gentleman needs to be addressed and let him know to finish his work and stocking. Before the store is open. This was 30 minutes after the store opened, and he was still stocking if he is the cashier and responsible to make the food. Why isn't he doing that instead of stalking? But the other 2 ladies could not have assisted me, it's pretty sad. But they expect tips but I don't feel the service definitely at this location is tip. Worthy customer service is based on the experience This will ultimately tarnish the brand.

Ordered a simple 1/2 caf venti coffee w/oatmilk via app.... it said 6 minutes. Mind you, this coffee is normally served by the cashier immediately. But ok, cuz the app. So I wait. And wait. And while waiting, I realize I should have gotten in line... so I did. And I tell the cashier my order as the barista gives him the cup (coincidence)... and so the cashier sets the cup for a pour over? I watch as people order and get their drinks. And I wait and wait and wait... and the cashier sees me and just acts oblivious.... and finally, I walk out without coffee 25 minutes after I ordered it.
