They literally made my grande cinnamon dolce latte at 3/4 of the cup full. The cup was super light and I took the lid off to see a a lot of whip cream. Once it melted I saw the drink was barely 3/4 full.

Good drinks but slow service. I don't know if it was the time of day or what, but this Starbucks was the worst one I've been to. Don't get me wrong, my white chocolate mocha was consistently delicious, and the employees were friendly, but they were clearly understaffed; there were only 4 employees and one had left while they were still swamped. It seemed they were behind on orders because the people who were already there waiting didn't get their orders until about 20 minutes after I'd come in. Considering the 10 minutes I had to wait to order, not to mention the 30 minutes I had to wait until they finally made my order, it wasn't worth the trip (thankfully I had a gift card, so I didn't have to waste any money along with my time). But like I mentioned, the time of day was probably a factor; I had come in the late afternoon, and the place was packed with people, and it seemed they had lots of orders to fill, including online orders and the drive thru. I was in the area, so I decided to treat myself, but this was my last trip to this particular Starbucks. My recommendation: make sure to arrive as soon as they open, otherwise you're in for a long wait.

Have been told multiple times, at varying times in the morning, that there’s no cold brew prepared. How does that even happen? Constantly out of a lot of food items too. It’s Starbucks, we all know there’s another store close enough to not deal with this

Every time I’m visiting town, this is the closest Starbucks. It has consistently been understaffed, overwhelmed, and mixed up orders for as long as I can remember. Customers always look like they have a lot of patience. Yet I still come here to get a coffee. This location can do better.

Consistently low effort, I question if they can read based on the number of order inaccuracies. I stopped going here for a while, gave them another chance - still awful. Always terribly slow too. You’d think they are launching rockets in there instead of mixing drinks.

I ordered a drink with light ice and My cup was still over half full of ice. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru and I ordered ahead of time. What little bit of coffee. I had was good though.

While i do enjoy going to a Starbucks that’s placed in target because it’s great after i finish shopping. This Starbucks on Telegraph and west maple gets me together every single time! The employees just give great service! They are so patient, so sweet, and efficient. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you! Hands down my favorite Starbucks ??
