I can understand times are hectic and difficult right now, but I still cannot see that as justification for how terrible the employee and my experience was here. We get to subway at around 6:30 and the sign on the door and website both say it's open and there's an employee behind the counter inside. After trying to open the door I realize it says the lobby is closed and to order online. I place my order online and wait the half an hour. After doing so, we tried calling the location and the employee just would not pick up. I get out of the car and start knocking on the glass to try and get his attention and I think it's not working because I had been standing there for a long time. It was evident that whole time he saw me and was just choosing to ignore me by how he walked to the door and spoke. I told him I ordered online and it took my money and he said he saw that and thought it was weird since he closed right before getting the order and had just put everything away. I asked him what to do and he replied with "Oh I mean I don't know I just work here". I asked if there was a manager who could give me a refund at the least and he told me he has her number and that she's not there. I asked him to call her and he told me his phone "wasn't on" even tho he had just used it in front of me. I called on my phone and had him speak to leave a voicemail. Never got a call back from the manager, called the location with nobody picking up again, nobody seems to care. Just terrible.

A little maintenance will go a long way three of the Pops that I wanted didn't have any syrup, and I got a pinch of meat on a 6 inch for my steak and cheese.

I visit this nice place many times a year! This is my favorite spot to have a bite. I visit this place routinely. The cooking is fantastic, the workers are courteous and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy eating in this restaurant over a good supper.
