We ordered our food and smoothies at 11:43am, our name was not asked during the order and we were not served with a smile. We were barely served with any words. While waiting for our food for 10 minutes we sat down to eat inside when we finally got it. The chicken pesto I had remade was given to me with tomato's - I asked for not tomato's - and the same small amount of chicken I got before hand which is why I wanted a remake. The problem was not fixed. My fiance got the jerk chicken wrap, when he opened it to eat it was the wrong sandwhich entirely. He got served a buffalo chicken wrap, we got up and asked for a remake and we're met with, again, barely any words a head nod and an eye roll by a younger girl with dark long hair and braids. Nobody smiled, nor talked and nobody was willing to offer even an apology. The effort to get food out fast and efficiently was ZERO. The customer service was awful and it seemed nobody truly cared to be there. I understand its work and work is .. work, but to not care about any of the customer as well as your smoothie and food making is beyond me. You're getting paid to do a certain job so do it correctly. On to the smoothies - since we were not asked our names for our order our smoothies were placed on the far left side of the counter near the door. There were online orders and people ordering smoothies while we were there so we had no clue those smoothie were ours. When the employee placed our smoothies of course our name wasn't called but nor were the names of the smoothies we ordered to let us know that those were indeed our smoothies. 12:10pm rolls around and we are sitting there waiting for our smoothies. We decided to finally go up to the front desk were the smoothies are being made and ask about our smoothies that we've waited over 20 minutes for. Mind you I have no idea when our smoothies were placed on the counter because nobody said anything. They were placed in silence. The employee had no idea and said she would get to them when she got to them. My fiance decided to check out the smoothies placed on the counter and sure enough they were ours. Melted down and frothy from sitting for so long as we were not made aware that they were done. Again, nobody talked, nobody smiled. I want to contacted as this was absolutely insane to witness and other tropical smoothies are not nearly this bad. Thank u.

If you order online, make sure to let them know that you’re there. Otherwise they let your food sit in the back and not bring it out

Service member looked at me like my presence was the biggest disappointment of his life. I smiled and greeted him only to be welcomed with the most sarcastic attitude. If I could give 0/5 stars for customer service I would. In case you're wondering what I ordered that made the employee so annoyed: a kids smoothie 😐. That's it. Next time just skip this place cuz wow.

They literally had us pull up for two smoothies and then when she came out, she dropped this straw and didn’t even pick it back up or didn’t even say sorry and just gave us two smoothies with one straw that was Super RUDE service!!!

Smoothies are great and this location seems to prepare them in a more timely manner rhan orher locations. Food is no good at any location.

Came in to order dinner. Music was blaring to the point you couldn't hear the employee. Apparently they stopped taking food orders and only do smoothies even though you could order food in the app. It's not a one off, last time we were here they were out of ingredients and didn't start our order ahead for 15 minutes after we arrived. Taking our money and business elsewhere. Best to avoid this location.

Placed an online order and it was not ready. While I was in the restaurant waiting for my order the staff member who was making the food went outside to take food to a customer in their car with gloves on and went back into the establishment to continue to make food with the same gloves on!!!!! Very unsanitary, I request a refund and was told they could not give me a refund because it was an online order. I walked out without my food and without a refund. Please do better this is totally unacceptable and so nasty!!

Always a long wait in store or drive thru & never a manager around to push better customer service!!!
It shouldn’t take 10 minutes waiting in drive thru and wait 5 more mins at pickup window! Terrible customer service and ownership needs to wake up and take responsibility

Here’s the thing if you’re gonna do a drive-through and can’t get food out faster than 15 minutes then you shouldn’t be selling it if that simple to make gas pull over in this case something as simple as a cheese quesadilla while the rest of their drinks are melting is completely inadequate service The store needs to get their act together.

The smoothies are good. But the place is run by teenagers who don't communicate with each other and in maybe 15 minutes you'll get your order. It's a little absurd.
