Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I bought a bahama mama smoothie and it tasted so bad, it tasted like medicine. Highly disappointed.

Even while busy, my smoothie was made very good and filling. The oatmeal bowl looked like a diet serving. Not everyone makes their smoothies the same, hard lesson learned from TS on Baldwin rd; too watery.

On 8-31-24 @ 2:08 pm, I went to the cafe for the first time. No one ever said hello to me, nor did they ever ask if they could help me. The young blonde girl at the cash register even turned her back to me, and just stood there doing nothing. I was the only person in line, and two others were sitting at a table. I waited at least five minutes for someone to wait on me, but they were walking back and forth just looking at me. Finally, I just walked in front of the girl and placed my order anyway! Once it was ready, someone else gave me my order. That was very ignorant and rude!!
Not a very professional atmosphere. By the way, my smoothie needed more flavor and was a little watered down.

it was finished at 1:20
smoothie was watery as hell too at that point i was just drinking berry flavored water

Can't stand a place that closes early. Was just in the drive-thru at 10 minutes to close, and got the "we are closed" message from the speaker. I get that everybody wants to go home but I was also hoping that eat something quick and healthy. Guess I'll get McDonald's...thanks for nothing

Slow, nasty and unattended to customers. Going to Beyond Juice down the road!

I ordered two bowls through the app yesterday, and when I received them, the toppings that were supposed to be included were missing, and the portions only filled half the container, which was ridiculous considering the price I paid. I asked for a refund, but now they're telling me I have to wait for the store owner to refund my money because the manager can't do it. I shouldn’t have to wait for my money.

The general manager called me around 9:30 this morning to let me know that the owner was coming into the office and that my issue was going to be handled. I was told I would receive a confirmation email from Tropical Smoothie that my refund had been issued, and that I would hear from him no later than 11 AM. It is now 4:13 PM, and I have not received my refund yet. I keep getting the runaround so I had to call my bank to dispute the charge.

2nd time at this location and the spped of service was glacially slow. The drive thru is quite odd and sharp turning.
