Everything today was 15 out of 15 stars because of Tyler, Tyler made my day. He got the food quick, was understanding and efficient. And he’s an absolute unit. Tuff asl he should be on the starting 5 for the lakers tall ash. I was having a hard day today but I came in and saw Tyler and everything was uphill from there. Really made my day and if he made the food props to Tyler. What a guy. If I come back it will be to see my boy Tyler.

Parking: Tyler must stay at this location give him whatever he wants to stay. It’s a major sell to lose this guy. I’m fr it would be like Dallas trading Luca Donic for Anthony Davis.
Wheelchair accessibility: Tyler was very nice and understanding to disabled people. This skill is rare and he’s one of a kind.

They always take too long! Staff don’t care just horrible attitudes like they don’t wanna work. They close @ midnight but I call to place an order at 11:15pm and I’m told, “oh, no…we not takin’ no more orders tonight, baby.” And sounded happy about it. Why not just close at 11pm then…WTH?!

Order was wrong, was rude to me when I called to say something. Order wasn't ready when I got back to pick up my corrected order. Fries were soggy and not that warm when I got them. And cold once i finally got back home. 2nd time my order has been wrong at this location.

Placed online order and went to pick up. Guy asked the usual questions and walks away. I can see that they're busy since it's a Friday night so I waited. Waited 25 F******* minutes when my order had been waiting on their shelf that they didn't even bother to check. 1st & last time I will ever go to Wingstop. Service was completely lacking to the point my dementia patients could do better.

I wanted to give this 2⭐️Wingstop a chance and it’s near my home just because my 10 year old son wanted to have Wingstop for his dinner. I order no problem, when I drive 10 minutes to this location there is 7people waiting for their orders and they was backed up. Only 3 employees, and one of them packing orders. I was told they was 7 orders ahead of me so I was told 20 minutes. I waited 20 in my car with my child when back inside to get my order and waited another 10 minutes inside the location and more people was there and coming in to get their orders. I feel bad bcus the employees but they need to be a little bit more faster, Them 3 ladies work at their own pace! “No rush”. I was so disappointed that I drove 10 minutes and waited around 30 minutes to get my $20 order.

Wing Stop was my favorite place for wings until recently and my order last night has broken the camels back!!! I ordered and was charged for all Flats. Out of 20 wings I only received 2 flats!!! I ordered heavy seasonings and chicken was bare!!! None!!! The fries were old and soggy and even the condiments were spilled in the bottom of the bag. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!
