The food here is straight-up awful. If I got this level of quality from a $7 microwave dinner I would be mildly annoyed. But the average meal here will run you $40 per person, which is a completely unacceptable price point for the pisspoor level of quality.
At one point in the past Tribu was much better and deserved the near-5-star rating it holds on Google. I can only assume the chef or team of chefs responsible for the kitchen have since fled for greener pastures, because none of the old quality is present today.

The service is one of the worst that I have experienced in years. The staff vs amount of tables there seem to be out of balance, and we constantly waiting for our waiters. Several mistakes on our orders.

We had dinner at Tribu last weekend with another couple and it was one of the best dining experiences. Everything from the ambience, staff, customer service and all of their FOOD were exceptional!! The menu was a soft launch menu as it was their grand opening, but there were so many options that we ended up ordering multiple appetizers, entrees and all of the desserts! Everything was absolutely delicious. The duck wings, tagliatelle, and filet were so flavorful. Great food, great company and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back for more!

We had dinner here and it was absolutely amazing! We had excellent service and everyone was so friendly. The highlight of the evening was definitely the food. We tried several appitizers and entrees. It was difficult to pick a favorite, because they were all so delicious. The chef is wonderful and very creative with the dishes. We will definitely be back!

We decided to try Tribu after reading the reviews. The online menu had many options and we were excited for dinner. When we arrived, we were only the second group in the restaurant. That never changed. The kitchen was incredibly slow. Guests who ordered salads received them with their meals and not before. The waitress appeared to be newer and had to clarify orders more than once. The menu was not what was on their website and did not include the premier entrees but mostly consisted of flatbreads and sandwiches. Our meal arrived and it was mediocre at best. We ordered dessert and the wait was longer than expected. Desserts that should have been hot (molten lava cake) was maybe warm. The rest of the desserts were okay but not great. Tribu definitely did not meet my expectations. We were very disappointed.

Why should a special night be a training night for new employees? Why should you have to listen to employee training and have trainees DROP your entree to the table?

My wife and I experienced the grand opening of Tribu with another couple for a Valentines Day dinner and we were all very happy with the entire experience overall. The staff were great as usual and in particular, Ryan who waited on us was really professional in explaining the menu and super nice!But the start of the night was the FOOD! It beat our expectations and everything we ordered was delicious and had great flavors. We pretty much ordered the entire menu to try it out. The best thing I ate was the Octopus and Duck Wings, can't wait to go there again!It's nice to have a great local restaurant near me with great selection of food, wine, and spirits without having to travel too far.Definitely going back and ordering two of the Duck Wings :)
