“The Vicari family organization always delivers. Thus was an excellent experience, especially the homemade pasta. The mushroom appetizer is divine. The bread basket and olive oil is a wonderful extra touch. The wine selection is extensive and reasonably priced. The kitchen is very receptive to special request, like pasta with a “dry bowl” without sauce “swimming” in the bottom of the bowl. Great vegetarian offerings as well.  Server Jackie was professional, crisp and attentive without being intrusive. The room is exceptionally comfortable with elegance and sophistication but without pretense. We are looking forward to our next return. 😎👍💪🙏“

“Came in this Sunday morning hungry from a crazy night out with my girls. 25 of us came in and were greeted by the wonderful and amazing Christina and Sandra. Even though we had no reservation they welcomed us into the restaurant with warmth and care. All of the food was to die for the restaurant was clean!“

“OMG! Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the bad reviews, this is my Favorite to go place. Then I read them all and they are all from lazy customers who are pissed at the Kiosk service. Dude!! This place is PERFECT! THE FOOD IS SOOO GOOOD!!! I struggled to find takeout food since I had some food sensitivities and since almost 99% of restaurants and food places (even the nice ones and "organic") use crappy ingredients like corn starch or corn syrup, it took me a while. Then I found this one. Taste is AWESOME, food is FLAVORFUL, no ingredient has caused me any reaction so far so imagine how much good this food makes to your body. And people complain because of the Kiosk. Don't be ridiculous and use your brains a bit more, it will be less hard if you feed it with good nutritious food. Otherwise go to KFC where you belong and avoid hurting a business that is good in all senses.“

“My father and I stopped in for lunch at the PF Chang’s inside Somerset Mall, James was our server and took exceptional care of us! The food was delicious but the service is what really put this over the top! James was like a magician, here when we needed him and a ghost when we had mouthfuls of food (no one likes being bothered when they’re eating)… he made excellent recommendations and even brought over a sauce concoction, similar to the trio for our egg rolls that had spicy mustard that was fabulous! Overall you know what to expect from Chang’s and the kitchen delivered but James’s service was perfect and really made our meal an excellent experience! I’ll come here before I fight the crowds at Partridge Creek ever again! Cheers to the whole staff with an extra nod to our waiter James!“

“220 in general is pretty great all around. Ambiance is top tier, food and drinks are great, service is spot on as well. However, a big reason I still go is because I know it's in good hands with Mekhael. I know what to expect when I go because I know he's running a tight ship. Always takes care of his people and it's obvious. Good on 220 for choosing such a phenomenal manager to run that establishment!“

“Ordered a Chicago style pizza. Looked like one, but the dough is wrong - simply regular chewy round pizza dough, not the crispier crust you expect from a Chicago style. Other than that, it was constructed well and tasted good. But not like a real Chicago deep dish.“

Now to set some of these 1 star reviews straight.
If its the weekend there isn't lunch prices duh!
You can not see an empty table,sit yourself down, and wonder why you didn't get service. Duh!
No reservation? You are not entitled to any explanations other then "You are welcome to make a reservation for 9pm tonight" no one has to tell you how long they are holding an earlier reservation for. Its not yours you are not entitled to answers about a reservation that is not yours. DUH!!
So many negative reviews because you feel as though the employees were looking down on you. I have checked across your other negative reviews and they have the same complaint.... I think you are the problem. DUH!!
Last but not least, Your Husband said he called and was told on a Saturday that reservations were not necessary. Yeah sure. He either called the wrong place, or he was told "We aren't taking reservations for today" that is not the same as reservations aren't necessary and if you do not know the difference you have no business eating at an establishment such as this, stick to coney islands because I guarantee its one of those two things. No one told him that Reservations weren't necessary on a Saturday night. Use some common sense DUH!

“We came in for a date night. We have been very stressed as our wedding is 70 days away and he thought this would be a nice break away from planning and family obligations. DJ was our server, she was hands down the best. She joked with us and was very knowledgeable about the menu and drink choices. My fiancé even asked her to keep our food warm while I went outside to handle a phone call from our children. DJ was very attentive, you could tell she had experience. Will definitely come back and ask for her to be our server again.“

“Cannot speak on the location but they came to my work as a vendor and the food was great, very flavorful and a good portion. Even witnessed a co-worker drop their lunch (not from royal oak masala) and they gave them a portion for free, what great character the employees have.“

“Finally tried Sushi House after hearing great things from friends, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The sushi quality was top-notch, easily on par with the best spots in Michigan, and they had an impressive selection of rolls. We also sampled some of their specialty sake—absolutely delicious. For those not into seafood, they offer a variety of cooked and non-seafood dishes too, so there’s something for everyone.“

“There were eggshells in my omelette. The parking is absolutely deplorable. The manager dismissive. Definitely Matt driving back for the parking and traffic inconvenience. No discount offered did not want another omelet nor did I want to refund. A minor gesture for the inconvenience for a mistake that probably wasn't intentional. Lots to be desired this visit.!!!! “Hazel’s is one of those no-brainer places you hit with friends or family when you’re looking for something casual. Some dishes are better than others but overall the seafood is fresh and tasty. “We love going to Main Street Kitchen! The food is always delicious and never a huge wait. The staff are very friendly and make the restaurant experience wonderful. If you ever want delicious Indian cuisine, definitely choose Main Street kitchen.

The professionalism of our server, Angela, was superior. The staff, managed by Michelle, was professional and courteous! Whether you choose to order seafood or one of the delicious meat entrees, you’ll be so pleased!!!

Parking: There are about 20 parking spots, that are very close to the front of the restaurant, as well as the option of valet parking (most evenings). The “overflow” spots are conveniently located and nearby, as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spots up front and valet parking available most evenings. The doorways and pathways in the restaurant are ample to accommodate a wheelchair or walker.“

“I’ve been coming to Early Bird Restaurant for 20 years, it maybe small but it really packs a punch with it Great Food selection and flavor. One of my favorites is the Meat Skillet with scrambled eggs (ITS AWESOME). I also have to mention that the staff has is AWESOME, most have been there for years and they are all great. “I can't recommend the Sunrise Cafe enough. Stopped in on a whim for breakfast while on a family adventure and everyone left happy and full. The menu is extensive and everything was freshly made and very yummy. But what really put it over the top was the service! From the greeting at the door, to the prompt attention, and one of the best servers ever! 10 out of 10! We will be back!“

“Ive been eating from this place for years and it is the absolute best.
Everything here I have tried is great, but In particular, the stir fried rice noodle dishes are superb. The stir frying technique of browning and blistering the wide rice noodle in a hot wok and then adding sauce gives a savory flavor and a very specific texture that really elevates the dish. Definitely try the pad kee mao for example. This cooking will put any other Thai you may have tried in the US to shame.
A real gem. Can’t miss. 5/5 stars.“
