It was ok. Wouldn't being a hurry to go back. Service was great- portions great. Just different vibe in dining area- never know who you'll be sitting next to- not the establishments fault.

BRI has table seating and bar seating - in nice weather they have some tables (about 8 tables ?) on a smallish deck overlooking Boyne River - enjoyable - they also have several table out front on sidewalk, roped in area in busy summer time. Great service. Very busy in summertime as BC is a resort town. As a Local, we tend to eat out from Mid Sept to Mid May. We do get some out of towners in winter due to Boyne Mountain, but nothing like summertime Our first visit was in busy season and last visit was 2/19/24 We have had the following all have been FANTASTIC Pizza - once excellent Coconut Shrimp - 5 different times - all excellent Chicken Sandwich - once excellent Chili with toppings served separately (nice touch) once excellent BLT on ciabatta bun (sub style) ordered with bacon on side as that is how I like to eat mine - was beyond excellent, bun was so soft and so flavorful the BLT was a special the day we stopped in, not on menu, hit & miss if it is available, but if it is - it is well worth trying, comes with fries Fish Sandwich - excellent BRI Burger - excellent We have always had fantastic, friendly service, even the one time we went in summer when we got the last available table. We sat on deck and chatted with 2 other couples who were raving about what they had ordered

Saved us on a busy weekend! Fantastic pizza oven for that yummy crispy yet soft crust. In the summer months some killer coconut shrimp too. Yum yum yum!

November, 2018- Always friendly staff. Good food, fair prices.Revised- May 8, 2023…. We’ve missed this venue for 3 years! Glad it’s reopened! New owner and management. We visited them tonight for the first time since reopening last week. Look and feel is great! Food, service (Ashley) “feel” of the restaurant was very nice. Prices are reasonable. We had a pizza, lemon chicken and a couple of drinks for under $50.Only comment on the negative side is that the make-up air system (ventilation) was not adequate. We left with smell of the restaurant on our clothing.That said, we’ll be back.January 13,2024… update. Lunch on Saturday afternoon…. Service and food were very good. Owner(s) really need to improve the air circulation here. We left with our clothes again smelling like the restaurant. This is unpleasant. We won’t return until I know that the air quality is improved.
Fish is excellent! Havent tried other dishes YET! Service is Awesome too. Love this place.

The service was wonderful and the staff were extremely friendly. However the food was mediocre. I would entirely avoid the biscuits and gravy. No either the biscuit nor the gravy were appealing. The burritos needed more things in it, but other than that it was ok. The breakfast sandwich was the best thing we tried. It is a tiny quaint restaurant where you order at the counter and then they bring the food to you. Everything is help yourself- ketchup, silverware, pop, etc.

After the remodel this place really stepped up! Great pizza and well priced drinks. A great place to meet up with people and have some food or a few drinks.

We were coming from out of town to visit relatives for the holidays and landed at BRI based on the reviews. I am SOOO glad we chose to bring our family here for dinner. The food was excellent! We had the fish and chips, the fish sandwich, the Philly cheesestake, and the BRI burger. Everybody was talking about how good their food was hours after we left.And our service?!? OMG Ashley is amazing!! She made our experience really outstanding. Thank you Ashley!!Don't let the bar atmosphere fool you, this place is fantastic!!!
