Food tastes great, however more often than not my orders have been incorrect but only when ordering through the drive-thru. Besides that, good spot for a quick bite if you're in the area and very friendly staff
We stopped for Iced Tea and they were having trouble with their machine. We waited, pulled forward, and waited some more. A very nice employee came and apologized for the wait, offered us something else to drink or a refund. We chose the refund, she brought the refund and two pies for the inconvenience. We tried to pay her for the pies, but she insisted they were free for our trouble. She was so nice and polite. We just wanted to say thank you for your kindness!!!
It's McDonald's, and yes young people are going to work there, but they need to understand that being on their phone isn't what is important at the time. Literally in the time between the car in front of me and me pulling up the card for the previous driver declined, but the drive thru person didn't see because they were concerned about their phone.
