I just wanted to pop on here and say that I disagree with this location, I didn’t order from them I was shopping in family fare, and overhead two (I assume) girls talking about some very blatant racist conversion, talking about immigrates. I understand we all have the freedom of speech but that is heinous especially in your work setting. Please address your staff accordingly this is not ok.

On a little road-trip from Traverse City up north for the afternoon and decided to stop here. Lori and the girl she was training were both super friendly! Lori made sure my drink was made exactly right and was very personable. The girl she was training was also very kind! The location is super convenient and right at the front of Family Fare.

despite opening at a later time than most, this shop never has workers on when they're supposed to. add to that the inability to cancel an online order, and you have wasted money. never coming here again, going to be going out of my way to head up a different shop..

The baristas are blatantly inefficient. Took 30 mins to make an iced coffee and a single espresso drink. No ability to multitask. Be prepared for a long wait.

Went 3 times over our 8 days of camping nearby. If I gave a review in the 1st visit, it would’ve been about a 2 star…the order took 10minutes more than the app gave me, and the cup was a sticky mess. The next 2 times were better…

Extremely slow service. Workers moving at super slow pace when customers are visibly irritated. Having conversations that make them distracted from making the drinks. Very frustrating to watch, especially when 10 people who ordered before you get their drink first. Would not come back to this location.

Service is so ridiculously slow. I got here with only one person in line in front of me who ordered two cold drinks and I ordered the lemonade refresher with boba. Took the barista longer than 20 minutes to do our drinks. I understand they have curbside orders, but I’ve noticed those orders are prioritized over the customers in store. Why? One barista behind the counter at 830 am is not enough and it’s especially not enough for them to worry about curbside on top of the customers staring at them in store. Shame on you Starbucks!
I've been to boyne city star bucks the last couple of times didn't have the Bobba for the berry lemonade drink and still charged me the same price they never have enough product will never go there again
