Amazing food, amazing beer, great people, and a business that has heart. You need to check Stiggs out! Everything we've had here has been excellent. The building is also beautiful and historic, really neat inside and out! After going a few times, we've learned how much Stiggs cares about and supports the people around them. You can donate a meal, pay it forward with a beer, and they participate in a lot of other charitable events!

Went for our annual ski weekend and our annual trip to Stiggs. The "self serve"Is a big turn off. Asked someone from the back where to sit or who to talk to and the response was "I work in the back" if you cant find people to work and retain them, that is a management issue.

This place makes some pretty good food, but the owner has made some questionable decisions. You have to seat yourself, which may include cleaning the table, then you're supposed to bus your own table, and order everything at the bar. I know staffing is difficult, but the other 6 or 7 restaurants in town manage. If you're coming here to drink, you better like their brand of beer cause it's the most expensive place in town to get a beer. Overall, it's a hard sell. It was once great, but it is no longer on my recommendations.

I think we just found a new staple for a place to eat when we come up to Boyne. The food was excellent and the beer was good too. No complaints from a single member of our family.

Came here after skiing and they were able to get a group of 7 of us in. Food was pretty good, but everything was self service. Not only did you have to get your own waters and silverware, but you had to bus your own table at the end. For a place that you’re paying $15-30 per plate, we thought this was a little extra. I don’t mind going up to the bar to order my food, but having to bus our own tables with plates full of BBQ was surprising. The best part was the tip options when you cashed out started at 20%, which was very steep considering all they did was bring our food out. It was like a high end BBQ Panera.
Didn't like the new method of ordering. And for the prices of the food I shouldn't have to buss my own table. Other than that the food and beer were on point.

The shared meat platter was phenomenal. Large portion of ribs, brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, coleslaw, beans and out of this world cornbread. The staff was so helpful. The pineapple orange seltzer was the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back. It’s the best service and food we’ve ever experienced. So impressed by this establishment.

Due to staffing shortages you're expected to do a lot of self service. It was all explained to us upon arrival so we weren't surprised. The hot food could have been a bit hotter but it all tasted really good. The beer selection is huge. The beer my husband chose was really good.
