I'm in town with my girlfriend for our anniversary, we were looking for somewhere to go for a nice dinner and stumbled across Stiggs on maps. We checked out the reviews and decided we had to check it out! I love the bottle cap epoxy tables, the staff is super friendly super nice rustic environment. Food was immaculate by far the best i've had in a long time & i'll definitely be coming back for more anytime we're in town.
My favorite brew pub! Tears of the Sun God is my favorite beer in the world (including beers from Belgium). Sneaky Squirrel is great and most of the Stiggs beers are seriously above average. The brisket is Texas-BBQ snob certified. If you are in the area and want amazing beer and food, make a special trip.
Stings Brewery has such an easy, welcoming energy from the moment you walk in. The staff are genuinely warm and fun, which sets the tone right away, thanks Keith! The mule on tap is fantastic! It is made with rum instead of the usual, and that twist really works. The music and atmosphere hit just right, but the real star is the pulled pork mac and cheese. It's made to order.
