I cannot understand all the negative reviews. Our experience tonight was delightful. My husband had the Whitefish entree and I had the Power Bowl Salad. Both were over the top delicious. The salad came in a huge bowl and I thought there was no way I would be able to eat it all. But I finished every bit of that wonderful combination of arugula, seeds, nuts, roasted brussel sprouts, figs, and avocado, all topped with an amazing fig-balsamic dressing. My husband's fish...
Everett's located at the Boyne Mountain Resort was a wonderful surprise. Breakfast was ok good with omelette preparation dependent on the cook. Pancakes were always nicely prepared. Its dinner where this restaurant stands out.
The white fish plate was excellent as was the Pappardelle Bolognese. What was a standout was the Power Greens salad. It was a work of culinary art. Make sure you spend some time throughly mixing all 13 items in the salad.
