Waited a total of at least 6 hours between the trolley, lift, and bridge wait we pre paid for tickets it was daylight when we arrived and by the end of the waiting it was pitch black. They let people group up mid day and stay on the bridge for 25 minutes at a time taking pictures and when it was dark they shoved everyone on that bridge at once and herded them through like cattle it was terrifying I can’t believe we paid $160 to be pushed through the bridge and not see anything I would like a refund. This was so poorly managed.

Poorly run, won't answer phones seems like a huge money grab. went for the sky bridge experience and was not able to due to the over selling of tickets. 6 hours and not even on the bridge... did I mention not ADA Compliant? In person staff is snarky should choose a different place for the lady passing out suckers. She's not a great representation for the resort.

All the reasons I disliked my experience today 1. Finding out they are cashless 2. Finding out they gouge ticket prices depending on how busy they are 3. At least an hour wait to take the bus up to the lift. 4. Getting off the lift to find out we were on the wrong side of the bridge (not too big of a deal until number 5 ) 5. Walking to the correct side of the bridge and Finding out the line is easily a 3 hr wait just to cross the bridge. We planned our entire day around going to the skyvridge. We paid close to $100 and didn't even walk across the bridge because of the massively long waits. I understand that it is "peak" however I believe they should provide clarity of the excessive wait times PRIOR to spending so much money. If they would've told us before we purchased tickets we would've walked away then. Today was a waste of our time and a waste of our money. Save your money and go find views somewhere else. Spending $100 to stand in line for hours, ride a crowded bus, ride a lift up a dirt hill was ridiculous. I'm sure the bridge would be beautiful, but not worth the overcrowded long wait times.

My friend and I stayed this last weekend. Room was very nice, the bed was so comfy and the pillows!! I need those pillows at home!!

This is where you will probably find the most reasonable pricing for sandwiches at Boyne. That being said the trio behind the counter could not have been any less efficient. The wait for our sandwich order was absurd considering how empty the place was
