Trophy Room Pub & Pizzeria

My family shared a large pizza with several toppings at this hole-in-the-wall gem. The crust was a little flat but unexpectedly buttery and good. I vacationed in Boyne as a little girl and the place has completely changed for the worse since. Today, I was excited to see that some things don't change, like the Trophy room and it's free house-made popcorn and awkward men's ski team photos.

The layout is awkward at best when arriving. The kids menu prices are ridiculously expensive for off brand Mac and cheese. It is so loud having a conversation is impossible. The popcorn is good. Unimpressed with staff, had to procure our own utensils and napkins, ask for drink refills at the bar, and remind waitress of missing ordered items. The prices are just staggering for such a terrible atmosphere and staff.

Perhaps we are there on a bad night? The pizza and pepperoni bread were miserable. There’s really nothing good to say about that food. My wife had an antipasto salad which was fair. But, we were jammed into a seat for four with five of us. Not a fan of the atmosphere. After reviewing the other reviews, I noticed lots of fives and lots of ones. I didn’t feel the value was there. We spent over $150 and I feel like I ate at Chuck E. Cheese. Things couldn’t have been much worse, frankly. We won’t be returning.

Great Reuben.

I've had better pizza from a chucky cheese. Paid over 50 for a large pizza 2 toppings and an order of boneless buffalo wings, which were like a cold Tyson product. It's a cool atmosphere.

We love this place and visit several times, each time we're at Boyne. Great pizza, garlic bread is insane, drinks are imaginative, popcorn is endless, portions are large. Bartenders are a lot of fun. Lodge like atmosphere, a great place to unwind after skiing. Kelly and Jerri Lee are great bartenders, a lot of fun.

Staff was super friendly! Pizza hit the spot after a day of adventures. I think everything here is a little pricey but at least it was worth it!

Ordered from here for the first time and the order was taken down wrong. The employee immediately apologized and rectified the mistake. Great service and very good food.

Cold, tired, hungry, and ready for more fun we showed up here at about 9:00 pm and found cheerful and friendly people ready to keep us going. Complimentary popcorn while checking out the menu… then wings, breadsticks, a “Gold” pizza, and several drinks got us all fired up for the rest of a fun evening. We had a great time in the Trophy Room and will likely go back any time we have the chance.

10/10 pizza. Amazing flavorful crust and perfect undercarriage. Definitely expensive however we will come back next time we’re in the area. Definitely get the popcorn 10/10

I'm here to give this little place 5 stars in all departments because I see they are trying in all departments. We went twice while here on vacation. The first time we got food and drinks. Yes we waited a while but there was one bar tender, one server and one cook.... and it was busy... food was great and drinks were great. Second time we went for drinks... amazing.
But let's talk about Dave the bar tender, he was kicking butt helping everywhere he could while bar tending, joking with the customers, making sure everyone was happy. Dave from Cincinnati, you rock my friend!

I don’t know if they changed the pizza or what but it is terrible. Pictures from 10 months ago look good. But this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Cold. Dry, no flavor. Waited over an hour after being told 20 minutes which is frustrating. And don’t get me started on the pricing, I mean I know it’s a resort, but for that price have decent tasting food please.
