Jacki and Justin not only made my order fantastic but when there was a question they were able to answer it thoroughly about ingredients. I definitely would recommend this location over any in the area.
Best Jets Pizza location by far! Have ordered from many locations, no other beats the Ortonville store; Pizza tastes incredible, the atmosphere is so welcoming, the employees were so nice and seemed very happy! My order was wrong and the manager Jackson immediately jumped to action and offered to remake it, no additional charge, and the correct pizza was done in less than 10 minutes! Incredible service, very nice!

They always are friendly. This time- I didn’t realize we didn’t have ranch at home until it was *almost* too late. Called the store and they said that my husband had just walked out the door. I called my husband and he said they literally ran out into the parking lot to give him ranch for me. Im pregnant and this meant so much to me!!!!!!!!! So grateful for my hometown jets!!!!!
