“Huge Karen on the scene, with the haircut and everything!! My cousin had her 21st birthday here. We had 3 lanes for 16 people, and the place to ourselves after an earlier party had left. My kids had never bowled. And, as I'm coaching them, this lady comes up and says I can't stand on the unused approach to coach my kids because another party will use these lanes... which is fine, except for the fact that the place was EMPTY, save two other bar patrons. They could not possibly use any of the other 7 lanes, oh no, it had to be THAT lane, and IMMEDIATELY (despite this phantom party's absence) whatever... I continued to do my best to coach without using the unused approach... but karen obviously didn't like my shirt or something, because right after that exchange everyones lane "timed out". lanes that were already paid for and actively being used.... classy. The rest of the staff was awesome, and the pizza, flavorful, with topings and cheese piled high. But some people just can't let others enjoy things. And as much fun as I had watching my kids topple pins, and as much as I enjoyed the pizza, I left with a bad taste in my mouth for Pintown because of that lady with the awful haircut, and her need to need to be the solution to a problem that didn't exist. 5 stars for everyone else. Zero stars for Karen.“

“Had an awesome night out with family at The Back Forty! We changed plans last minute and ended up here — and I’m glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly and on point. Food was outstanding: 🔥 Deep-fried dough bites with cheese & marinara 🔥 Hand-dipped onion rings (some of the best I’ve had) 🔥 Huge plate of nachos loaded up and done right 🔥 Perfect pizza — great crust, light sauce, golden cheese 🔥 Flaky, hand-dipped fish with perfectly seasoned fries And somehow… we still made room for the skillet cookie 🍪 Great food, great service, and a perfect night catching up with family. “I didn’t catch his name but had a really good experience with a delivery order.
I noticed that the website changed the address, so I called the store immediately after my order.
Delivery is through DoorDash at this store, so he wrote down my info and said he’d pass on.
He called back when driver arrived because apparently it’s against DoorDash policy to deliver to different address.. 🙄
Employee kept apologizing (even though it wasn’t even his fault!) and argued with the driver until the driver gave in and said he’d deliver.
Pizza showed up 8 minutes later.
Some of the best customer service I’ve had, especially over the phone, in yearssss.
Well done!!! Hope someone sees this and recognizes his hard work!! ☺️☺️☺️
