“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“

“My husband and I ordered via Drive Thru last night around 8PM. Not only was our food amazing, quick and so good, the associate helping us Riley C was absolutely phenomenal! What a polite young lady. As soon as she greeted us at the Drive Thru speaker, she was GREAT! We understand MANY places are short staffed and are losing employees daily. If Riley was having a bad day, we had NO idea. She was fantastic! Riley is one of those people that need to train all fast food employess! Kudos to the hiring manager. You hired a wonderful employee and representative of your company. “So we calorie splurged on a Big Ole Applebee's burger and switched up to waffle fries (for a nominal fee), and got 5 and a half waffle fries on the plate... not at all what we expected for an upcharge side. Our server agreed that was 'kinda skimpy' and said she would 'go yell at him for us'... We never saw a manager to flag down, which is unusual at Applebees, and will probably go to a different Applebees next time. We do like menu and the food, but there's an Applebees at every exit!“

“I took my children for dinner so they could play in the new play area. They gave fries instead of applesauce, no apple juice and my son's cheeseburger had no cheese. Just bread and meat. They corrected all the issues and even offered a desert. I was fine with the food mess ups, sometimes they happen I had to change my son's diaper. There is NO changing station in the bathroom. I understand that it is not mandatory to have a changing table but if you're going to have a huge play area for kids you should have a changing table. I had to change him in the trunk of my car. I had to change him a second time so we just left. I wasn't going to go outside to change him in my trunk two times and come back in.“

“I made a LARGE order online for a work lunch for 8 people and then went to pick up in the drive through. They were SO quick, got everything right, and I had food in my hands in less than 15 minutes. They didnt even forget a sauce! This is my favorite burger king in the Saginaw area and I appreciate the crew for doing a good job :)“

“They have a kiosk to order food that I didn’t see so it took a while for the cashier to take my order as he was cleaning tables.
After ordering, got a number to take to the table once food was ready, it was brought to my table. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets meal with extra sauce, additional 25 cents.
Bathroom was very clean. Large, separate playroom area.

“Im shocked by the negative reviews! I came here for two mobile order pickups for breakfast. They were able to take both order codes with ease. Our food was fresh, and we were able to get our food really cheap as well with the app. I appreciate the fast service.“

“As soon as we walked in I knew how good it was gonna be.I ordered the Dino nuggets and the cheese curds. The waiting was a little long but it flew by super quick with the free Wi-Fi.While we were waiting I decided to look around and look at the where are you from board. Which was super cool and also the Halloween decorations. When we got our food and we took our first bite in the cheese curds and they were so good. My whole family loved the cheese curds. It was a refreshing desire for us after a long day.“

“I moved around here from Tennessee and this was my first time at a Rally’s and now it’s my favorite place to go! I found it on google maps and saw that this place has low reviews but I was like everyone is different so I decided to give this place a try and I am very glad I did! I really wish google would remove old reviews because it’s not the same as it was 7 or so years ago. The staff was very friendly and the food was made very good! I absolutely love the prices too. Yall don’t understand how cheap these prices are compared to south prices for such great food. I’m a very picky eater so I had to leave a review for this place. I usually never eat fries because of texture but the ones here tasted warm and good for someone with texture problems. Also the funnel cake fries was amazing! They are no where to be found where I used to live! I definitely recommend this place for sure. When I pick where to eat im definitely going to pick this place! Love it! 10/10“

“Me and the wife like trying local pizza joints when we travel. Goal post is a solid choice if you're in the Birch Run/Frankenmuth area and want to try something local. BLT pizza, loaded potato skins and a chef salad definitely helped with the hunger and had solid flavor. Pizza was a bit dry and could've used some extra sauce but the salad was tasty and it was huuuge lol recommend ?“
