“We have been here several times, and love this place. Dave is most accommodating, and an expert in creative cocktails. Food is always spot on, and the Chicago dog is amazing. Burgers and cheese steak sandwiches are delicious….and the fries are crisp. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere, reminiscent of the great bars in the Wisconsin Northwoods.“

“Cheap beer, friendly locals, and better than average bathroom. Had a fantastic New Year’s Eve there with friends and our kids!! Met an 89 year old lady there who grew up across the street from the bar and she told us all about the history. Apparently it used to be a gas station, a grocery store, and they used to have dances there. Lots of great history. We’d give it 6 stars if we could 😎“

Very delicious spot in Saint Joseph, Michigan. I had the whole restaurant to myself, so I sat and myself at home. Just to note, there's an 18% dine in tip added to your bill if you decide to eat at the restaurant. But I had a lovely experience.The food was succulent! My plate came out hot and straight from the flattop or grill. I had my favorite Mexican dish in the world, Birrias! The shell was crunchy and flavorful, the dip was dip-tastic, and I enjoyed every piece of meat that fell on my plate. I also had the flavorful Mexican corn and tried the fabulous nachos! I appreciated the complimentary chips and salsa, but if I'm honest, the rice and beans that came with the birrias platter fell flat.The service was appreciated and great! We were greeted with love, and the menu was explained great! The server was amazing and made sure we were comfortable.The atmosphere was a little dark and flat. However, there appears to be some action going on at night at this restaurant, as there was a DJ Booth, Barbie picture setup, sombrero hats, and more to enjoy! I believe the time I came in was not a hot time slot.All in all, there were some really GOOD stuff at El Sol Azteca and some things that could be better. I'm grateful for this lovely restaurant!

“My fiance and I shared a large Chicken Nacho's which was more than enough to make the two of us very full. The restaurant was hosting a fundraiser where they would donate 20% of the proceeds from the night to a local family who had medical issues, which I think is a great way to give back to the community! Very nice restaurant for casual dinning, date night, or an evening out with the family!“

“Greetings Lakehouse friends. I'm Karima, a server at the Lakehouse. I started off with Amy, Tracy, Don and beloved Judy and JP. I love you guys and will always cherish our experiences and fun times we shared This is my third time around here. I would love to assure you, the Lakehouse has new management and owners. The new menu is phenomenal. This time around,you may also have a taste of Indian food incorporated as well. They have authentic Indian samosas, butter chicken, mango chicken that is served with rice and Naan bread. Also, everything is seasoned to perfection this time around. The ribeye is 16 ounces and cooked to temperature. We has an soft opening last week. Everyone was highly satisfied. We have had some locals come back that had an terrible experience and was satisfied completely. They're looking forward to dining with us in the future. There also will be an Mother's Day brunch to look forward to in the future and more. I'm excited to serve each of you all with great hospitality and a smile. If you've had an terrible experience, I guaranteed that will never happen again. Our new owners have several successful restaurants in Canada that are striving. I'm looking forward to seeing some of you all back for the summer. Music, great vibes, some of you may remember that i sang from time to time. We are back Lakehouse friends. Also, Lovey is back as the bartender. I Highly recommend 10 stars this time around. I am a chef and caterer. When i say the food is delicious and won't disappoint, that's exactly what i mean friends.
