He even offered to stay after closing time on a Saturday to accommodate our delayed arrival. The bakery is organized, bright and perfectly clean. Everything we purchased was delicious: from the chocolate chip cookies to the quinoa bread to the apple spice coffee cake and more. The textures and flavors were perfection. There’s definitely an art to baking without wheat flour and this bakery has mastered it.
