“Ordered about 60 cannoli and 100 vanilla & chocolate cake pops for our wedding reception, and they were fantastic! The cannoli were fresh and delicious, and the cakepops were so moist -- probably the best cakepops we've ever had! They were able to do custom colors for the cakepops, and it turned out so cute. “I stopped by the Back Road Bake Shed this morning to pick up a cake I ordered for my son’s birthday. Somehow there was a miscommunication about the pickup date and the cake was not ready when I arrived. The owner SPRUNG into action and made my cake in less then 30 minutes. Because of my wait she gave me a much larger cake to rectify the issue. Now THIS is customer service! We finally got a chance to taste the cake, and let’s just say this… saying it tastes AMAZING is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Absolutely phenomenal bakery with a fantastic owner/staff. A MUST try!“

“Stop in several locations throughout the week and Tim's never disappoint. Always great tasting coffee and sandwiches and donuts. Can't say about the ice coffee drinks as I don't ever order them nor drink them.

Most times the service is pretty good except for the 12 and Schoenherr location. They were a once done after the older woman shift leader wanted to argue with me when I was doing was pointing out what their signage stated.

“Just Door Dashed Cinnaholic tonight. The cinnamon rolls were fantastic! We tried the Caramel Apple Pie Roll and Very Berry Roll (I think that’s what it was called). Both were excellent! The cinnamon rolls were warm and gooey and had tons of toppings on them! Sooo good!! We will order again (and again…)!!“
